The World Health Organization says More than 30 percent of Cancer deaths could be prevented by modifying behaviors. Other studies indicates two third are preventable.
  • Avoid Smoking and Exposure to Smoke
  • Practice Sun Safety and Recognize when Skin Changes Occur
  • Eat Your Fruits and Veggies.
  • Limit Red Meat and Animal Fat
  • Limit Your Alcohol Intake
  • Exercise for Cancer Prevention
  • Know Your Personal and Family Medical History
  • Know What You're Being Exposed to in Your Work Environment
  • Practice Safe Sex.
It is a good idea to have this insurance against cancer. In addition, many other diseases can also be prevented by being within the BMI recommended and healthy eating.
