Don't let your conversations with your wife dwindle to nothing but talk about your kids, your jobs, and the weather. If that happens, it could be a sign that your marriage is in real trouble. There's lots more to talk about beyond the practical and the superficial. In fact, it's critical for couples to discuss their feelings and emotions on a regular basis. These deep and real conversations are the "glue" that will hold you together and create the intimacy married people desire.

We have always been told that dance is very revealing. It has the power to strip and expose the dancer so much that whatever a dancer is going through emotionally, is often revealed through his/her dance. The same is true about sex. The way we behave sexually, says quite a bit about our perceptions of sex, our attitude towards sex, our comfort with our own sexuality (or lack thereof) and our beliefs about sex itself.
FOMO
Limiting the use of Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat directly leads to reductions in loneliness and depression, a recent study published by the University of Pennsylvania.
The study is titled "No More FOMO: Limiting Social Media Decreases Loneliness and Depression," and as part of it, researchers observed 143 undergraduate students over three weeks.
The experiment found that among the group that limited its use of social media, the researchers saw significant declines in depressive symptoms.
Though other studies have found correlations between social media and mental health issues, this study claims to be the first "to establish a clear causal link between decreasing social media use, and improvements in loneliness and depression."
It is ironic that reducing social media, which promised to help us connect with others, actually helps people feel less lonely and depressed.

"I'm just going to leave you here," it opens up the possibility that you will not be there to protect and care for them. For a child, the thought that you could leave them alone in a strange place is both terribly frightening and can begin to erode their attachment to you as the secure base from which they can encounter the world....

Re-Count...

It could take the whole month of November to definitively decide who Florida's next governor and senator will be.
By the end of this week, the top races on Florida's midterm ballot probably will cross the threshold into machine recounts of the ballots – and a possible hand recount of overvotes and undervotes.

In the United States, Irreconcilable Differences is one of several possible grounds often used as justification for a no-fault divorce. In many cases, irreconcilable differences were the original and only grounds for no-fault divorce.[1] California now lists one other possible basis, "incurable insanity", on its divorce petition form.[2]
Any sort of difference between the two parties that either cannot or will not be changed can be considered irreconcilable differences. A difference could be that of a difference in character, personality, belief, or some other personality trait. Some states use the terms irremediable breakdown, irretrievable breakdown, or incompatibility. In some states where the official grounds is 'irreconcilable differences', the statutory definition of that term may include a waiting period or a mutual-consent requirement.

Women are commonly believed to have stronger intuition than men, but this inclination is often undervalued in our logic-based society. As women, we are taught at an early age to ignore our intuition, and trust in the wisdom of others instead.
We’re also likely to be criticized for being too sensitive, too emotional, too dramatic, and too illogical when we’re operating off of our intuition. This constant barrage of criticism can cloud our judgment and make us doubt ourselves, and our instincts.
Women are known to overthink and pick things apart to such detail that they end up forming their own opinions based on what they think the truth is.An opinion based on overthinking, and it's wrong more often than not, maybe.
