Endigenous..

"Endorphin" is essentially a shortened term for "endogenous morphine," meaning it refers to a naturally occurring substance produced within the body that has similar pain-relieving effects to morphine, acting as the body's natural painkiller; hence, "endorphin" is considered the indigenous version of morphine.

Engage in regular exercise, such as running, swimming, dancing, or yoga.

Try activities that induce stress or physical exertion, like spicy foods or cold showers.

  • Spend time with loved ones, laugh, and engage in social activities.
  • Consider volunteering or helping others, which can release endorphins and boost mood.

  • Listen to music, play an instrument, or sing.
  • Consider foods rich in magnesium, such as nuts, seeds, and leafy green vegetables, as magnesium deficiency can reduce endorphin levels.

Activities like exercise, laughter, and other activity can trigger the release of endorphins.
