Exercises..

 



Our goal here is clear by creating 

The Triangle of life plan.

First Exercises... Repetitive movement and continues. 

As we get older, we lose .muscles, we tend to move less and our body systems work less. No stimulus and no stimuli. No stress related to activities and no stressors at work. No dead lines and no regular lines. No need to get up in AM to get ready to catch a train to work and no getting up to catch anything at any time. Our field of activities decreased, our responsibilities decreased, and our goals decreased or shifted. 

all these previous busy activities need to come back.

Second:

Proper Dieting.

Inform the people what the Mediterranian diet is, and how to navigate away of Meat, Chicken and fish into fava beans, falafel, lentils, termis, dry Lima beans, whole wheat, vegetable, fruits, etc...

Third

Form a great community bond in the church of people as they go through their struggle with their weight, health, etc ( Different than a gym)

The final goal is that this service will include all people to join.
