Unfortunate..

People get divorced at a high rate due to a variety of reasons, including lack of commitment, unrealistic expectations about marriage, poor communication, infidelity, financial stress, growing apart over time, significant differences in values or lifestyles, unresolved conflict, and sometimes even marrying too young without sufficient preparation for the complexities of a long-term relationshipessentially, when couples struggle to effectively navigate challenges and maintain a healthy level of intimacy and compatibility, divorce can become a result.

Almost 50 percent of all marriages in the United States will end in divorce or separation.

According to most statistics, around 67% of second marriages end in divorce, while approximately 73% of third marriages fail, meaning the failure rate significantly increases with each subsequent marriage.

The average length of a second marriage ending in divorce is typically around 7-8 years.

That doesn't exactly make you want to run to the altar.
