Weight..

The pharmaceutical company Lilly calls the drug tirzepatide, which can synthetically mimic two hormones that bodies release after eating that make people feel full.

The drug was tested in a trial across nine countries in more than 2,500 people. The average weight was 105 kilograms, and participants were given a low, medium, or high dose while others were given a placebo, but were not told which dose they would receive.

The trial lasted 72 weeks, and those given the highest dose lost 53 pounds on average. The medium dose group lost 49 pounds, and the low dose group lost 35 pounds.

And 63% of participants taking tirzepatide 15 mg achieved at least 20% body weight reductions.

The weight loss drug works most effective when it is paired with exercise and any other lifestyle changes to keep off the weight.

You can't run away from Diet and exercise.  Just a thought.
