Dr. W. Edwards Deming offered 14 key principles for management to follow to significantly improve the effectiveness of a business or organization. Many of the principles are philosophical. Others are more programmatic. All are transformative in nature. The principles (points) were first presented in his book Out of the Crisis.
To summarize the various problems with Gov. Cuomo that led to his fall, is one thing, Bullying.
Women, Nursing Homes, Dealing with NYC, De Blasio, and so many things that wasn't revealed.
He said the Governor's office is unlike any other office. That is true. Some in power enabled this bullying to occur and continue.
His dealing with women and harassments of women are unacceptable to women and also to men particularly that he is using the power of the office to take advantage of others.
