The United Nations, Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International suggest this would make prostitution safer, improve health and decrease the exploitation of women.Black-market prostitutes are less likely to the court/ Police help nor get screened for sexually transmitted infections. Sex trafficking, cartels, and violence are associated with black markets.
Many have turned the "relationship" into hidden something else. Targeting married individual for one time or more encounters, and blackmale the individual with the embarrassing publicities, and threaten to tarnish the images of the individual. Nothing will be left but a hush money, hundred thousands of it.
