Threat..

Cannon..

U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon in West Palm Beach, Florida, granted Trump's request for a special master, an independent third party who is sometimes assigned in sensitive cases to review materials that could be covered by attorney-client privilege.

Cannon said the person will be tasked with reviewing documents that are not just covered by attorney-client privilege, but any records possibly covered by executive privilege as well.

Cannon also ordered the Justice Department to stop reviewing the records as part of its criminal investigation, a move that will likely at least temporarily hinder its ability to continue investigating.

The US Laws controlled the FBI.  Just a thought.

The pandemic has been replaced by new challenges of a global nature, carrying a threat to the whole world, I'm talking about the sanctions rush in the West and the West's blatantly aggressive attempts to impose their modus vivendi on other countries, to take away their sovereignty, to submit them to their will," Putin told delegates at Russia's Eastern Economic Forum in the port city of Vladivostok on Russia's Pacific coast.

"The high level of industrial development in Europe, the standard of living, social and economic stability all of this is being thrown onto the fire of sanctions," he added.

"They are being wasted on orders from Washington in the name of so-called Euro-Atlantic unity. Though in reality, they are basically being sacrificed in the name of preserving the U.S. dictatorship in global affairs," Putin said.

CNBC has contacted the White House for a response to Putin's comments and is awaiting a reply.

The questions are Is the White House leading of these sanctions and did it negatively impacted the world including Europe?

How high is the price of letting the current sanctions continue with Europe is going into recession?  Just a thought.

Johanna..

She said she worked miracles — not for charity, but for profit: Johanna M. Garcia connected investors with companies that needed short-term financing, promising robust returns on their money. But federal prosecutors say it wasn't a miracle; it was a lucrative Ponzi scheme.

The Florida woman is accused of perpetuating a $196 million fraud through MJ Capital Funding LLC, the company she started in the Fort Lauderdale area. Her business took in that large amount of money from more than 15,400 investors in just over a year, from June 2020 to August 2021, federal investigators say.

But instead of supporting small businesses, the Securities & Exchange Commission says, MJ Capital siphoned millions of dollars to company insiders and used new investments to prop up bogus monthly "returns" of 10% — an annualized rate of 120
