Democratic New York City mayoral candidate Eric Adams wants to decrease gun violence, but he believes Democrats are going about it the wrong way on a national level.
While much of the talk about guns in Washington, D.C., has revolved around assault rifles, Adams on the "State of the Union" that lawmakers must also address the problem of illegal handguns.
