Maryland is one of several states with ambiguous topless laws. Some cities like Austin, Texas; Boulder, Colorado; and Madison, Wisconsin, have what's known as "topfreedom."
Some fear the family-friendly feel of Ocean City could be in jeopardy if toplessness becomes the norm.
The beach patrol for a Maryland resort town has been told not to bother women who go topless. Raising an argument that because men are allowed to go bare-chested so women should be allowed to go bare-chested. What's fair is fare.

Comey testified that he handed over his memos on the interactions he had with Trump to a "close friend" with the intention that they be shared widely.
"My judgment was I need to get [the memos] out into the public square," Comey said. "So I asked a friend of mine to share the content of the memos with a reporter. I didn't do it myself for a variety of reasons, but I asked him to because I thought that might prompt the appointment of a special counsel."
Comey did not appear to commit a crime by leaking his memos about his conversations with Trump, according to some legal experts. It would only be a crime if the information was classified, the experts told ABC News but, that said, his actions were improper and violated well-established norms.
Kasowitz [Trump personal lawyer] said, "Although Mr. Comey testified he only leaked the memos in response to a tweet, the public record reveals that the New York Times was quoting from these memos the day before the referenced tweet, which belies Mr. Comey’s excuse for this unauthorized disclosure of privileged information and appears to entirely retaliatory.”

The more entanglement with issues like Russia, investigations, elections, etc, the more delighted the politicians are. Democrats and Republicans have reasons to keep the status quo of Healthcare solutions, tax reforms, or affordable medications. Any changes will crash with the politicians' interests, fund raising, and ultimately their election. Just a thought.....

Online dating apps have been faulted for putting too much emphasis on looks alone. But finding a partner with long-term appeal, it appears that the best way for a man to attract a woman is through the gift of gab.
Researcher found men's prowess as storytellers is a big factor in their perceived status and attractiveness to the opposite sex.
For women, a man's storytelling ability factored greatly in their
assessment of whether he would be a more appealing long-term match. For
men, while storytelling ability in women seemed to show signs of greater
intelligence, it did not translate to them being viewed a more
attractive match.
So, while a man is seen as being both more powerful and attractive if he
can deliver a good yarn, a woman may not have the same luxury.

The Food and Drug Administration, For the first time ever, has told a drug company to pull a painkiller off the market because it has such a high potential for abuse. Opana ER, an extended release form of the opioid drug oxymorphone made by the drug company Endo, was being crushed up and injected by people seeking to abuse it.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says opioid overdoses have hit record highs, killing more than 47,000 people in 2014 more than the 32,000 who died in road accidents.
The CDC is embroiled in a big fight over how to do this. It proposed new draft guidelines include using every other possible approach to managing pain before giving someone an opioid such as fentanyl or oxycontin to control pain.
This wouldn’t apply to terminally ill cancer patients and the proposed guidelines would be voluntary. But the pushback has been hard from patients, doctors and the drug industry, as well as groups such as the U.S. Pain Foundation and the American Academy of Pain Management.
A team at Stanford University reported that primary care physicians, not pain specialists, are by far the biggest prescribers of opioid drugs. They said sales of prescription opioids rose by 300 percent since 1999.
Not a good solution to the patients, the doctors, the drug abusers or for healthcare in general.
