Sedentary...


*The sedentary life style we adopted is literally killing us.   We must do something about it before it is too late.  

*Cardio and  strength training is crucial to prevent muscles wasting and metabolism slows down in addition it improves many aspects of our lives.  
*Get between seven and nine hours of sleep a night.
*Vitamin D is crucial for preventing inflammation-related disorders that come with age.

This is one piece of the story.
