Denounce..

The U.S. House of Representatives adopted a resolution on September 1, 2026, sponsored by Representative Jeff Crank (R-CO), to denounce socialism "in all its forms" in a 220–192 vote.
The Vote: Passed 220–192, with eight Democrats joining Republicans in favor and two voting present.

H.Res.1490 explicitly condemns socialism, specifically naming the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA), and opposes implementing socialist policies
in the U.S.

The text calls for the enactment of the GOP-backed SAVE America Act (requiring proof of citizenship and photo ID to vote) and reaffirms support for constitutional government.

Political Context: Reported as a symbolic messaging push by Republicans ahead of the November midterm elections following primary wins by democratic socialist candidates, while Democrats criticized the measure as a performative distraction from cost-of-living issues.

Warning..

Denmark's Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen sparked intense backlash across the European left after warning in Fox News that a major internal threat is growing within Europe due to uncontrolled migration and a rejection of European values.

Frederiksen warned that Denmark will not hesitate to shut its borders completely within hours if migration surges resume in Europe.

She joined other European leaders in criticizing Spain's handling of the migrant crossings in Ceuta, calling the images disturbing.

She aligned with Italy's right-wing Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni to push for stricter EU border controls and faster.

Socialist lawmakers from countries like Spain and Italy accused Frederiksen of turning her back on traditional progressive values.

Despite leading Denmark's center-left Social Democrats, Frederiksen has maintained a strict "zero refugee" and assimilation-focused policy to curb illegal immigration.

Endigenous..

"Endorphin" is essentially a shortened term for "endogenous morphine," meaning it refers to a naturally occurring substance produced within the body that has similar pain-relieving effects to morphine, acting as the body's natural painkiller; hence, "endorphin" is considered the indigenous version of morphine.

Engage in regular exercise, such as running, swimming, dancing, or yoga.

Try activities that induce stress or physical exertion, like spicy foods or cold showers.

  • Spend time with loved ones, laugh, and engage in social activities.
  • Consider volunteering or helping others, which can release endorphins and boost mood.

  • Listen to music, play an instrument, or sing.
  • Consider foods rich in magnesium, such as nuts, seeds, and leafy green vegetables, as magnesium deficiency can reduce endorphin levels.

Activities like exercise, laughter, and other activity can trigger the release of endorphins.

    Walk away..
