Owens .

Australia’s highest court on Wednesday rejected U.S. conservative commentator Candace Owens ’ bid to overturn an Australian government decision barring her from visiting the country.

Owens had planned to begin a speaking tour in Australia last November and also visit neighboring New Zealand.

Burke used his powers under the Migration Act last October to refuse her a visa because she failed the so-called “character test,” court documents said.

Burke found there was a risk Owens would “incite discord in the Australian community” and that refusing her a visa was in the national interest. As a political commentator, author and activist, Owens was “known for her controversial and conspiratorial views.”

She had made “extremist and inflammatory comments toward Muslim, Black, Jewish and LGBTQIA+ communities which generate controversy and hatred,” Burke said in court documents.

Stop..

Democrats have finally settled on a new slogan

Peace..

President Trump, not only achieved Peace in Gaza, he had the surrounding Arab Countries, Asian Countries to sign on it.

To work to achieve this peace, many are participant in Peace Keeping, and rebuilding the economy of Gaza.

The last part is the key. Peace to continue so rebuilding Gaza start and continue and Israel go back to normal life.

Animal Fat..

A diet high in animal fat can promote cancer cell growth and spread by providing fuel, but plant-based fats may not have the same effect. Animal fats can make cancer cells more aggressive, aid in metastasis, and hinder the immune system from fighting cancer. Some research suggests that a high-fat diet can lead to epigenetic changes in cancer cells, predisposing them to metastasize.
  • Cancer cells can use fats for energy to grow and proliferate.
  • Dietary fats can help cancer cells to spread by enabling them to move, penetrate surrounding tissue, and form new tumors.
  • A high-fat diet can make cancer cells more aggressive and more likely to metastasize.
  •  Metabolites from animal fats can impair the function of immune cells, such as T cells, making it harder for the immune system to kill cancer cells.
  • Fat cells can create a microenvironment that promotes resistance to chemotherapy and radiation.
  • Not all fats are equal:
Some research suggests that animal fats, particularly saturated fats, may be more harmful than plant-based fats.
  •  Obesity is a risk factor for many cancers, and a high-fat diet is a contributor to obesity.  Check with your Doctor and Nutritionist.

Brain..

The neuroscience of exercise shows that physical activity significantly benefits the brain by promoting neurogenesis (new neuron growth), increasing brain plasticity, and enhancing blood flow

Exercise stimulates the release of neurotransmitters like endorphins, dopamine, and norepinephrine, which improve mood and cognitive function, and it strengthens brain regions like the hippocampus and prefrontal cortex that are vital for memory, learning, and stress management.

  • Exercise, especially aerobic activity, promotes the birth of new neurons in the hippocampus, which is crucial for memory and learning.
  •  Regular physical activity strengthens existing neural connections and promotes the growth of new ones, improving the brain's ability to adapt and recover.
  •  Exercise promotes angiogenesis, which is the growth of new blood vessels in the brain, leading to better circulation and delivery of oxygen and nutrients.
  •  Exercise enhances areas like the prefrontal cortex, which is responsible for attention, focus, and decision-making.
  •  Physical activity triggers the release of key mood-regulating and alertness-enhancing chemicals, including endorphins, dopamine, serotonin, and norepinephrine.
  •  Consistent exercise can increase the volume of the hippocampus and prefrontal cortex, which are vulnerable to decline with age or neurodegenerative diseases.

Problem...,

A federal grand jury in Virginia has indicted New York Attorney General Letitia James on charges of bank fraud and making false statements to a financial institution.

U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia Lindsey Halligan said James faces up to 30 years in prison per count, up to a $1 million fine on each count and forfeiture if she's convicted.

"No one is above the law. The charges as alleged in this case represent intentional, criminal acts and tremendous breaches of the public’s trust," Halligan said. "The facts and the law in this case are clear, and we will continue following them to ensure that justice is served."

 Earlier::

  • "I will never be afraid to challenge this illegitimate president," James said during a campaign video.
  • She vowed to shine "a bright light into every dark corner of his real estate dealings".
  • She called Trump "ill-equipped to serve in the highest office of this land".
  • She characterized his business activities as a "pattern and practice of money laundering".

SNAP..

While millions have access to food assistance programs like SNAP, the number of people on "food stamps" (SNAP) is closer to 42 million in recent years, not exactly 50 million.

The figure of over 50 million includes people who rely on charitable food assistance in addition to SNAP benefitsThe number of SNAP participants fluctuates, but it remained high in recent years, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.

  • More than 50 million people turned to food banks and pantries for assistance in 2023, according to Feeding America.
  • This figure includes people who get SNAP, but also those who don't qualify for SNAP due to income, are navigating high food prices, or face budget constraints.

Hun Manet..

The 508-mile (817-kilometer) border between Thailand and Cambodia has been prone to flareups of violence for decades.

Cambodia has previously sought a ruling from the UN’s International Court of Justice over disputed areas, but Thailand said it does not recognize the court’s jurisdiction and claims that some areas along the border were never fully demarcated.

The most recent round of violence erupted in July when at least 38 people, mostly civilians, were killed and hundreds of thousands were forced to flee their homes.

Trump held separate phone calls with the leaders of the two countries, threatening to stop trade negotiations if they didn’t agree to a ceasefire.

The two sides met in Malaysia within days and agreed to a ceasefire. However, the conflict over the contested border remains unresolved – even though Cambodia’s Prime Minister Hun Manet said that he nominated the US president for the Nobel Peace Prize.   Just a thought.
