The Ukrainian and Russian versions of events differ, with each blaming the other for instigating the incident.
Kyiv said the Russians' actions violated a 2003 bilateral treaty designating the Sea of Azov and Kerch Strait as shared territorial waters and the UN Law of the Sea, which guarantees access through the strait.
Russian said the Ukrainian ships were maneuvering dangerously, requiring the strait to be temporarily closed for security reasons.
Moscow has since announced the reopening of the strait.
According to the Ukrainian Navy, the transfer of its vessels from the port of Odesa to the port of Mariupol was planned in advance. It said that while en route on November 25 the ships had radioed the Russian Coast Guard twice to announce their approach to the Kerch Strait but received no response.

I don't care.  Solve your own problems.

Flick...

Female Body Language Hair Flick

This is usually the first display a woman will use when she's around a man she fancies. The head is flicked back to toss the hair over the shoulders or away from the face. Even women with short hair will use this gesture. It's a way for a woman subtly to show that she cares about how she looks to a man.

Reading female body language has never been easier. For women, twirling or flicking their hair is a favourite flirting gesture.  An explanation is that it is a casual way of exposing her neck – a well known erogenous zone.

Long, flowing hair has always been a sign of feminine health sexuality and child bearing ability. By Flecking or tossing her hair, a woman is essentially saying:

“look at me and my suitability. I am happy, confident and very healthy!”

Conclusion:

You can look as much as you can. She may have been flecking someone else.  Just a thought.

Pot...

Gov Cuomo is a bad example of Democrats. He goes for every dollar available or unavailable, the more collected the better.

When he sees the Dollar signs on Pot, now "it is important to study the health benefits and the economics of it"

He is adamant about de-congesting Manhattan by taxing whoever drive there. More taxes on people without solving the cause of congestion.    High towers approvals with no other services provided. No street, parking, or transportation to provide a decent living. The congestion in Queens, the Bronx, Brooklyn, is not important in his opinion.

In addition, authorizing the head quarter of Amazon one mile of Manhattan  with billions of rebate to the largest organization in the world is just not a normal event. Amazon will  cause congestion beyond expectation, and they are not serving the city but serving other parts of the country. They could be in any place upstate where congestion is not a factor to tax people on..

He has no shame on the neglected, deteriorated subway system  services for 4 million riders daily, during his time .

He is really a bad example for a Democrat politician. Democrats cares for the little guy. Decent living, decent salary, and decent transportation. Not the Honorable.

Kareem Hunt Seen Fighting With Woman In Cleveland Hotel Video

The Kansas City Chiefs have released Kareem Hunt saying he wasn't "truthful".

A 19-year-old woman and her friend were asked to leave Hunt's hotel room after a night out once he learned their ages. The two women were in the hallway pounding on the door, according to the reports.   A female friend of Hunt's walked out of the room to try and convince the women to leave. The police report said she was assaulted by the 19-year-old.
The video shows Hunt pushing a woman. Then, the woman shoves her hand in Hunt's face.
Several others got involved trying to restrain Hunt while others are trying to keep the woman calm. Hunt runs into his friend who then falls into the woman knocking her down.
The woman's friend records what's happening. Before the altercation ends, Hunt is seen getting in one last kick.
The woman in the video, a 19-year-old, told police that she suffered scrapes on her hands and knees because of the altercation.

One of Hunt's female companions filed a separate report against the teenager, saying she initiated the fight.
Hunt made headlines when he bought 110 tickets to the Browns and Chiefs game for the Willoughby South Rebels football team.

Are these rich guys been targeted?

Bush...

Of all the policy successes during this era, the Department of State and President Bush are most clearly associated with the successful effort to roll back the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait.

When Saddam Hussein invaded his small, oil-rich neighbor in the summer of 1990, the Department faced its first full-scale post-Cold War international crisis. Bush’s foreign policy team forged an unprecedented international coalition consisting of the NATO allies and the Middle Eastern countries of Saudi Arabia, Syria, and Egypt to oppose Iraqi aggression.

The Department of State orchestrated the diplomacy for this grand coalition’s effective air campaign in January 1991, which was followed by “Operation Desert Storm,” a 100-hour land war, which expelled Iraqi forces from Kuwait.

Mission accomplished and then ended, unlike those who followed, not sure what we want.

In a moment that quickly went viral, Putin approached Mohammed bin Salman with a huge grin and held his hand high in the air. The crown prince responded by giving Putin a high-five that morphed into a handshake.

The gregarious greeting between the Russian president and the Saudi crown prince was like a car alarm blaring in a library, in a setting where handshakes and subtle body language are closely parsed for meaning. It lasted only seconds but Putin and the crown prince seemed almost gleeful at their encounter as they took seats next to each other at the meeting.

The Saudi ruler’s presence at the summit is seen as a test of his future status on the world stage in the wake of the Jamal Khashoggi murder. A critic of the Saudi regime, and a member of the Brotherhood was killed on Oct. 2 2018. The crown denied any knowledge of the actual act. He is aware though of the enemies of the kingdom and those who want to destroy it.

Every turn in the economy, GM need some support. Lately they want to lay off 14000 employees. In 2009, the US and Labor organization helped GM to restructure itself.
