North Carolina high school student accused of "catfishing" a teacher and circulating his nude photo has been found not guilty.
News outlets report the 16-year-old girl was acquitted on the charge of misdemeanor disclosure of private images. The case of a 16-year-old boy charged with the same offense is pending.
The Onslow County Sheriff's Office said the Swansboro High School students obtained the teacher's picture after misrepresenting themselves on Grindr, a gay dating app. According to testimony, the girl forwarded the picture to the boy, who shared it with five friends.
The girl's attorney said the state didn't prove she intended to humiliate the man, who he says didn't have a reasonable expectation of privacy after sending images to a stranger. The judge based his ruling on similar points.

Gates knowingly lied when he told the special counsel that Manafort, after a March 2013 meeting with a lobbyist and a member of Congress, had said that Ukraine had not been mentioned in the meeting.

Not only was that statement never made but Gates himself helped prepare a report describing the discussions on Ukraine that had taken place at that meeting.
Gates also pleaded guilty to conspiring to defraud the U.S. by making false statements regarding his status as a foreign agent, a charge initially proffered in the first indictment from Oct. 27, 2017.
Gates could face nearly six years in prison. But the special counsel could petition the court to reduce his sentencing time, Reuters reported, based on his cooperation with investigators.
Gates, 45, had initially pleaded not guilty to charges including money laundering and misleading investigators. A second indictment from the special counsel piled 32 new counts on Gates and Manafort, including bank fraud.
In a statement following Gates' change of plea, Manafort said, "I continue to maintain my innocence."

Nothing big will come out of this investigation. One exception, it may expose some who otherwise would never been exposed.

While driving on the highway, "Use Mass Transit" messages are broadcasted through out. Then Mass transit is a disgrace. The Mayor and the Gov. picked this issue as a way to manipulate the millions who use the system. The Gov. wants more money so he wants to tax Manhattan's congestion. While the Mayor wants to tax the rich. Mo Money, Mo Money, Mo Money, and the little people getting nothing.

Stay Different...*

Screenwriter Graham Moore has won the Academy Award for best adapted screenplay, defeating newcomers and Oscar veterans alike with his first produced screenplayThe Imitation Game tells the story of Alan Turing, the father of modern computing, who cracked impossible German codes in World War II and helped end the war.

He used the win to give a powerful speech about suicide awareness and depression.

"I tried to commit suicide at 16 and now I'm standing here," he said. "I would like for this moment to be for that kid out there who feels like she doesn’t fit in anywhere. You do. Stay weird. Stay different, and then when it's your turn and you are standing on this stage please pass the same message along."

Lose Weight...*

Image result for lose weight

Losing weight is a matter of simple math. To drop pounds, you need to eat fewer calories than you burn. There’s no way around that.  Here is a suggestion
Eggs or Egg White: A protein-rich breakfast may help you resist snack attacks throughout the day. The effect of the high-protein breakfast seemed to last into the evening.
Legumes: (Beans, lentil, Peas, and Peanuts) are cheap, filling, versatile, and a great source of protein, fibers, and other nutrients. They are slow to digest.
High fiber Cereals and whole wheat bread are most filling choice.
A healthy snack on the run, choose a small handful of almonds, peanuts, walnuts, or pecans.
Fruit and Vegetables: keeping an apple or some grape tomatoes with you when you're on the go will help greatly.
Small food portions are recommended.
So start adding these items to your diet, (check with your doctor) will help you lose weight. Other information to follow.   Just a thought.

Counterfeit...*

Boxes of illegal and counterfeit medicine like Amoxicillin, vitamin shots for b12 deficiency; Terramyacin, an antibiotic for eye infections, Ampicilin for ear infections,

Viagra, heart medication, morphine and other injectable were confiscated.

There are numerous small storefronts with names like Canada Drugs or Canada Direct, advertising inexpensive drugs, but there are questions over whether the medicines being sold are pure, or even from Canada.

Authorities say customers are drawn to these unlicensed sellers because of price.

Do Canada, Australia and the EU Countries have the same counterfeit problem?

Can we further research this issue and report the solution?

This is the scam of the century. Prices of medications are sky rocketing, the market is vulnerable for all sort of abuse, and politicians are busy with other things.
Just a thought.
