New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) said that millions of COVID-19 tests will need to be administered if the country's economy is going to reopen safely and effectively.

The result would not advance any theory regarding reopen the economy in New York City. It is going to be horrendous for sure. Just a thought.
