The Proposed Idea

a-      Creating the New Medication Proposed class.

b-      Naming and clearly identifying the class as RPhX.

c-      Number of medication items included in this class, would be the smallest strength doses of an RX medication with an eye on economics. Analgesics, Lipid Lowering medication items, among others, are part of the items to be added.

d-     Allow importation of these items freely from International sources by individuals and or organizations, which dispense these prescriptions such as CVS, and Walmart. Creating price competition similar to all other goods on Open Free Market.

E-      Pharmacists added to the current authorized prescribers to prescribe and write prescriptions for these medications in this class.

f-       Allow the pharmacists to extend the current prescription for additional time

g-      No Healthcare Insurance involvement in this class, absence of Co-Pay.

          Example of the medications for this class is Tylenol #2, Ambien 5mg, Lipitor 10mg, Zocor 10mg, Viagra 12.5mg, and similar.
I-   Expand expiration time permitted on medication transferred from the original container to a dispensed [customer] bottle to 2 years rather than one year.
