Egypt’s military ruler Abdel Fattah el-Sisi was never invited to the Obama White House, where he was viewed as a brutal tyrant with little regard for human rights and democracy.

I think the writer got the names reversed. Sisi didn't destroy Syria nor provided weapons and killed minorities, children women and young men. Nor did he push 10 million Syrians out of their homes to become refugees. Not to forget that the Obama Administration were in support of the terrorists in Egypt who killed....... Just a thought.
