Memory..
Instead of wandering off, Biden was walking toward a group of parachutists who had just landed in an Italian clearing and gave them two thumbs-up.
Comment:
The DOJ special counsel Robert Hur's politically damaging suggestion that, in deciding whether to prosecute, he had considered that Biden would likely present himself to a jury as a "sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory." Just a thought.
Hur..
And then came Hur's politically damaging suggestion that, in deciding whether to prosecute, he had considered that Biden would likely present himself to a jury as a "sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory."
A closer look at the rest of the report, though, shows despite Hur's "willfully retained and disclosed" assertion there were other innocent explanations that couldn't be ruled out.
However Biden keeps saying no one is above the law. So if he has poor memory not to be charged, however for the same thing Donald Trump is being charged.
Does this mean that Biden is an elderly man with poor memory, No charges- but Trump is not an elderly man and has a better memory?
What are we saying here? Just a thought.
Nuts..
According to Healthline, they are a great source of:
- Antioxidants, Fiber, Healthy fats, Protein.
Almonds are rich in vitamin E and aid with cellular communication and immune function.
- Brazil nuts are a great source of selenium — a mineral used to support metabolism and thyroid function, per Healthline.
- Pecans are rich in zinc, which helps support immune function and DNA synthesis. In addition, they significantly reduced LDL cholesterol.
- Walnuts are a significant source of copper, which is used in the body for energy production and blood vessel development.
The bottom line: Most nuts are healthy — but it’s advised to eat them in moderation.
Fruits..
We know that people who consume more fruits and vegetables, or eat more plant-based or entirely plant-based, have much better cardiovascular outcomes, meaning that they have fewer heart attacks and strokes,” Dr. Andrew Freeman, director of cardiovascular prevention and wellness at National Jewish Health in Denver, tells TODAY.com.

Intense..
The U.S.-led campaign against the Houthi rebels, overshadowed by the Israel-Hamas war in the Gaza Strip, has turned into the most intense running sea battle the Navy has faced since World War II, its leaders and experts told The Associated Press.
The combat pits the Navy's mission to keep international waterways open against a group whose former arsenal of assault rifles and pickup trucks has grown into a seemingly inexhaustible supply of drones, missiles and other weaponry.
Near-daily attacks by the Houthis since November have seen more than 50 vessels clearly targeted, while shipping volume has dropped in the vital Red Sea corridor that leads to the Suez Canal and into the Mediterranean.
Comment:
So whatever the US campaign against the Houthis is a high cost and is not working Can we use a different methodology. Just a thought.
Threat..
U.S. District Court Judge Terry Doughty issued a preliminary injunction Thursday to the Biden administration's new Title IX rules, which changed the definition of sex to include "gender identity," which many critics argue will result in the shuttering of sex-specific spaces such as restrooms in schools.
Train..
A number of leaders here in Italy, including President Biden, are facing upcoming election challenges,” noted a reporter before asking Zelensky , “How will the security agreement signed tonight and the other promises of support continue if they are not in office? And what’s your contingency plan if they don’t.
