 A Honduran citizen faces deportation for a fourth time after being found living illegally in Pennsylvania this year.

Elio Yoel Cardona-Torres, 43, a citizen of Honduras, was sentenced July 17 to time-served (five months in prison) by Chief United States District Judge Matthew W. Brann for illegally reentering the country after multiple deportations.  Cardona-Torres had pleaded guilty to the charge.

According to a release from the Department of Justice, Cardona-Torres was found in Sayre, Pa., on February 22. He was previously deported in 2006, 2008 and 2010.

Comment:

It seems that we are the only country with lax laws. That is of high cost to the tax payer pocket. Just a thought

Resist... Whatever is happening today, good or bad, the Democrats are opposing it. Border protection, criminal deportation, efficiency of government employees, debt reduction, abiding by the laws....

Do it but in a " different way." they keep saying.  Then comes the questions why they didn't do it in a "Different Way" when they had the chance?!!!!!

A knife-wielding robbery suspect was killed after being struck by a car while fleeing police on an e-bike during a wild chase that began in Queens and ended in Long Island, police said.

Cops responded to 256-17 Hillside Avenue around 8:01 p.m. after receiving reports of an armed robbery, prompting the suspect to take off on the motorized bicycle, according to police.

The pursuit came to an end at Lakeview Road and Bryant Avenue in Nassau County, where the alleged perp was hit by a Lexus and suffered severe bodily trauma.

A fourth grade Ohio school teacher and cheerleading coach saw her idyllic mid-west life come crashing down after stalking an ex-boyfriend who moved on to a new partner.
Hannah Freeman, 27, sobbed during an explosive courtroom exchange as she was sentenced to a week in jail for the bad break-up behavior.
Freeman was placed on administrative leave from North Ridgeville Schools district, after being charged with several felony counts including menacing by stalking, trespass, theft, identity fraud and theft of drugs.
Police body camera footage showed Freeman being arrested after her ex reported that she stole two backpacks from his car.
He told police that Freeman would 'frequent his place of work as well as his residence, causing stress and mental anguish.
