A Lie..

During an interview aired on Friday’s broadcast of Bloomberg’s “Wall Street Week,” economist, Harvard Professor, Director of the National Economic Council under President Barack Obama, and Treasury Secretary under President Bill Clinton Larry Summers dismissed President Joe Biden’s attempt to blame February’s inflation numbers on the Russian invasion of Ukraine by stating that before the invasion, everyone expected “that inflation was going to accelerate from January to February.”

Summers said, “Look, these numbers were not a surprise, and by the way, while inflation was 7.9% over the last year, if you annualize the monthly figure, it was close to 10%. So, we’re not seeing deceleration yet, and given what’s happened in commodity markets, I don’t think we’re going to see deceleration for several months. This is a grave problem.

The president was wrong to blame this month’s number on Ukraine.  This is not an accident, he was told to frame it as such.

Other Lies will follow soon. Just a thought.

Left..

Guacamole..

The President said we are paying for this Democracy a high price.

We are paying a high price not for Democracy but for this administration actions starting with Cancelling the Keystone pipeline, followd by paying the Ukranian a large sum of money for years that brings us to this point. Recession is expected in Europe, Russia, and 35% of the USA.

It is all done by the actions of this administration- the left wing of it.  Just a thought.

Set Back..

The strategy of sitting back and waiting for Russia’s war machine to grind to a halt because of sanctions could go “terribly wrong,” according to Niall Ferguson, a senior fellow at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University.

The Ukrainian resistance cannot hold the fort for much longer, and sanctions by the West won’t be able to stop Russia in time, he told CNBC’s “Squawk Box Asia” on Friday.

He said the U.S. is relying heavily on sanctions and “very belated arms deliveries” to Ukraine, but he’s concerned that those fighting for Ukraine won’t be able to defend the country for long.

Though the Russians have sustained more casualties than expected, they are still “advancing steadily,” he said.

“The assumption that this is going to drag out, that the United States can sit back and watch the economic sanctions do their work may be gravely mistaken,” Ferguson said.

Best to help reach a peaceful agreement rather expand the war. Just a thought.

WW 3..

The USA and the Biden Administration have done enough damage in pouring gasoline on the fire that is going in Ukraine. Supplying the Ukraine with weapon will prolong the suffering and the outcome is the same.

We promised the Ukrainians too much and now we are facing a World War 3 that we don't want, and the world don't want it.

The war in Ukraine have caused the USA and the Europeans major problems as it is while Poland is pouring the American to the Midst of it.

Enough with wars, enough with supporting people who are novel in the misery to come as a result of war.

Just a thought.
