Tut-Anch..

The White House COVID response team announced Tuesday the U.S. will not hit President Joe Biden's goal of getting 70% of all adults ages 18 and older vaccinated with at least one shot by the symbolic July Fourth holiday.
Now let Me, the Unifier, Force it.
Just a thought.

Per the study, published this week in PLOS Medicine, a healthier lifestyle can significantly lower your risk of cognitive impairment, regardless of whether or not you carry the APOE gene, known to put an individual at an increased risk of cognitive impairment and Alzheimer's disease.

In addition, the association between lifestyle profile and cognition was independent of APOE genotype among Chinese oldest old. Our results, corroborated by other interventional studies on lifestyle modification and cognitive function, support the importance of maintaining healthy lifestyle throughout the life course, even among the oldest old," they study authors wrote.

"Our results suggest the importance of a healthier lifestyle for cognition regardless of genetic dementia risk and increases our understanding of this relationship in the oldest older adults (80 years and older)," the study authors concluded.

This approach to weight management is based on the century-old energy balance model which states that weight gain is caused by consuming more energy than we expend.

In today’s world, surrounded by highly palatable, heavily marketed, cheap processed foods, it’s easy for people to eat more calories than they need, an imbalance that is further exacerbated by today’s sedentary lifestyles.

By this thinking, overeating, coupled with insufficient physical activity, is driving the obesity epidemic.

In contrast to the energy balance model, the carbohydrate-insulin model makes a bold claim: overeating isn’t the main cause of obesity.

Instead, the carbohydrate-insulin model lays much of the blame for the current obesity epidemic on modern dietary patterns characterized by excessive consumption of foods with a high glycemic load.

In particular, processed, rapidly digestible carbohydrates, cause hormonal responses that fundamentally change our metabolism, driving fat storage, weight gain, and obesity.

A new study shows that the T cell and antibody response in the smaller dose of Moderna, clinical trial group, is still strong.

As they report in Science, a low dose of the Moderna vaccine lasts for at least six months, and there is no indicator that vaccinated people will need a booster shot.

It is likely that the immune response could last much longer. The researchers also show that this strong immune memory lasted in all age groups tested, including in people over age 70, a demographic especially vulnerable to severe COVID-19.

Is the Biden's Administration going for a booster shot just to show some leadership after the previous fiasco of perfectly failed plan to exit Afghanistan.

Politics entered the Covid-19 epidemics and vaccination. As a result, the trust is evaporated. When Pfizer vaccine is approved and Moderna is not, what's up with that?        Just a thought.

What happened to the gas prices that doubled as the president started his executive signing?

How could this Biden's Administration concocted this humiliating disorganized withdrawal from Afghanistan. Was that deliberate, or just usual. Just a thought.
