The state of Nevada is the only jurisdiction in US where prostitution is permitted. Strictly regulated brothels operate legally in isolated rural areas, away from the majority of Nevada's population
License fees range from an annual $100,000 in Storey County to an annual $200,000 in Lander County. Licensed prostitutes must be at least 21 years old, except in Storey County and Lyon County (where the minimum age is 18).
Nevada law requires that registered brothel prostitutes be tested weekly for gonorrhea and Chlamydia trachomatis, and monthly for HIV and syphilis;^[23] furthermore, condoms are mandatory for all oral sex and sexual intercourse. Brothel owners may be held liable if customers become infected with HIV after a prostitute has tested positive for the virus.^[24] Women work a legally mandated minimum of nine days for each work period.^[25]

Despite there being a legal option, the vast majority of prostitution in Nevada takes place illegally in Reno and Las Vegas. About 66 times more money is spent by customers on illegal prostitution in Nevada than in the regulated brothels.

Locklear...

Locklear, 56, was arrested on suspicion of felony domestic battery for allegedly assaulting boyfriend.  Last week, Ventura County Sheriff’s deputies searched Locklear’s home for a firearm.   Heather is banned from owning a firearm.

Locklear allegedly verbally threatened deputies, saying she would “shoot them if they ever came to her house again,” according to the Thousand Oaks Police Department.

Locklear, 56, has struggled with substance abuse in the past.

More than 16 months ago, Stormy Daniels signed a confidentiality agreement that prohibited her from discussing her alleged affair with Donald Trump. Or his business. Or his children. Or his “alleged children.”   Under the agreement, Daniels couldn’t even keep a copy of the agreement. The penalty for defying these constraints? One million dollars each time.  That was then. 
Stormy's lawyer sent a letter asked that no action be taken to prevent the airing of an interview done for CBS 60 Minutes news program, and that she be free to talk and to “publish any materials, such as text messages, photos and/or videos relating to the president that she may have in her possession.”

Tillerson thanked the American people, his State Department staff and the nation's extensive network of diplomats in his farewell statement. 

Tillerson mentioned that the President called him "a little after noontime from Air Force One" to talk about his ouster. 

Opinion:
This guy was a great Secretary of State. He didn't start a war in the Middle East. He didn't sent weapon to some fractions to overthrow regime somewhere.
He worked tirelessly to achieve an agreement with North Korea. He was for Peace and he achieved it.
