Complaints...*
New York Sen. Chuck Schumer said he was “caught off guard” after Bharara, known for crusading against public corruption, was forced out of office. “I was extremely surprised and disappointed."
“The president’s decision to change his mind and fire Preet says far more about the president than it does about Preet.” Schumer would not speculate on why Bharara, who previously served as Schumer’s general counsel, was fired.
“He did an amazing job in so many different areas.” “He will be sorely missed.”
As was the case in prior transitions, many of the United States Attorneys nominated by the previous administration already have left the Department of Justice.

The settlement between Johnson & Johnson ($JNJ) and the Justice dept. designed to resolve a probe of J&J's Risperdal marketing practices. The long-running investigation focused on potential off-label marketing of the antipsychotic drug and another psychopharmaceutical, Invega, the WSJ reports.
The deal would have included civil and criminal fines, plus a misdemeanor guilty plea.
Health and Human Services official expressed frustration with some companies' repeat violations--and said the government might turn to new punishments to help deter misbehavior.
At around $1 billion, the J&J deal wouldn't be record-setting; Pfizer ($PFE) agreed to pay $2.3 billion to wrap up off-label marketing allegations involving Bextra and a basket of other drugs, while Eli Lilly's ($LLY) Zyprexa settlement amounted to $1.4 billion.

Pay Back...*
Individual feel vulnerable about showing sexual self. This is why sexual intimacy is so exciting. To have your partner choose to be sexual with someone else can feel like the deepest kind of rejection and the most painful. The question usually is why?
Infidelity is the action or state of being unfaithful to a spouse or other sexual partner. It is often an expression of unhappiness in a continuous aggressive way. It is a poor method of communication and in many cases it is a way to manipulate unsuspected person.
The cheater "inadvertently" leaves clues, an e-mail, a photo......... an unconscious wish to be caught.
Some are concerned solely with their own desires, needs, or interests which may seek or capture such a cheating opportunity.
While this act may hurt others, it definitely ruins the cheater's life. It is mostly someone using the other and the pay back is huge and swift.
Make no [such a] mistake... about it. Just a thought.

Shkreli was convicted of securities fraud and conspiracy in what prosecutors said amounted to a Ponzi scheme. Shkreli called the charges "a witch hunt of epic proportions."
During his sentencing in Brooklyn federal court, Shkreli, 34, broke into tears and pleaded with the judge for leniency as she passed him a box of tissues.
At his trial last year, Shkreli often wore a smirk and was chastised by the judge for his behavior, including for an incident in which he told reporters that the prosecutors on the case were "junior varsity." He also ignored the advice of his lawyer by commenting on the trial via social media and YouTube.
Shkreli gained notoriety for inflating the price of a life-saving drug, but that was ok according to the law. Something is out of balance here.
