Tourism...*
After the collapse of world economies in 2008, the US Federal Reserve started printing money, buying US Treasuries and Bonds. This was called Quantitative Easing or "QE"
It helped the US economy, employment, Wall Street, Housing, and Auto Industries drastically.
Printing money is a common practice in the World Economics, China, Europe, etc., based on certain economic principles.
Japan was the latest to print money and buy bonds, lots of it. The Dollar equaled 80 Yen, now 102 Yen in just 2 months. Yet this low value of the Yen will help Japanese exports, spurs economic activities, and quickly. Ironic huhh!!
In Egypt, the Dollar equaled 0.3 Egyptian LB at one point. Then became equals to 3 E. LB, and currently one Dollar equals 6 Egyptian Pounds.
By comparison, with currency's easing, one expect that Egypt would have a boom in economics, low unemployment and very comfortable living in the land of the Pharos. Sadly that is not the case.
There is much more to economics than just printing. Adam Smith principles of 1776, and Human Rights of 4000 years B.C. may give the boost needed..... Tourism. Just a thought.
Nutritarian...
The following is a summery of a new eating habits to help improve your life.
- Eat a large salad as the main dish for at least one meal.
- Eat closer to 1 cup, of beans.
- Eat one large (double-size) serving of steamed green vegetables.
- Eat at least 1 ounce of nuts and seeds if you’re female and at least 1.5 ounces of nuts and seeds if you’re male. Half of them should be walnuts, hemp seeds, chia seeds, flaxseeds, or sesame seeds.
- Eat some cooked mushrooms and raw and cooked onions.
- Eat at least three fresh fruits.

Approval...
A bipartisan group of 46 lawmakers is calling on Speaker Paul Ryan to revive the debate over a new authorization for the use of military force (AUMF) in the Middle East.
Need updated AUMF for U.S. military operations against the Islamic State and any possible future operations. They pointed out that the U.S. has relied on an outdated AUMF to fight ISIS.
Trump's decision to launch missile strikes against Al-Assad's regime should have Congress' approval ahead.
The policy that was adopted by Obama and his side kick, letting the vicious neighbors dismantle a country like Syria has been immoral, and unconscionable.
We all seen the terrible outcome and that is only the beginning. Just a thought.

Heart...
About 610,000 people die of heart disease in the United States every year. Heart disease is the leading cause of death for both men and women.
Heart disease is more deadly than all forms of cancer combined.

As part of a healthy diet, eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, fiber-rich whole grains, fish (preferably oily fish-at least twice per week), nuts, legumes and seeds and try eating some meals without meat. Select lower fat dairy products and poultry (skinless). Limit sugar-sweetened beverages and red meat. If you choose to eat meat, select the leanest cuts available.
Be physically active. You can slowly work up to at least 2½ hours (150 minutes) of moderate-intensity aerobic physical activity every week. You also need muscle-strengthening activities.

Nobel Prize-winning economist Paul Krugman told ABC News that President Obama has made more lasting changes to the country while in office than President Bill Clinton.
“Bill Clinton is an incredibly gifted politician, but Clinton was not a consequential president. Obama, although clearly not the natural politician, is a consequential president.”
Krugman has previously been a harsh critic of Obama. In 2009, he was featured in a Newsweek cover story titled “Obama is Wrong: The Loyal Opposition of Paul Krugman,” which identified him as the leading liberal voice against the president.
But, by God, we got health reform, and a significant financial reform. We are getting the environmental action … it’s not everything you would have wanted, but it’s more than anyone else has done for decades.
Krugman also said that Obama’s achievements were more consequential than those of Republican President Ronald Reagan. He’s ranking of consequential presidents would be Franklin Roosevelt, Lyndon Johnson, followed by Obama and then Reagan.
But would Obama be consequential after Trump gets done with it. Doubtful.

Authorities in China's Xinjiang region are prohibiting parents from giving children some names with "religious background." The restrictions are part to secularize Xinjiang, which is home to roughly 10 million Uighurs, a Turkic people who mostly follow Sunni Islam.
Top officials have said that radical thought has infiltrated the region from Central Asia, protracting a bloody, yearslong insurgency that has claimed hundreds of lives. Government has urged local governments to better assimilate their minorities into the majority Han Chinese culture.

Complicated...?
The Turkish airstrikes killed 20 members of the People's Protection Units, or YPG, in Syria, and five peshmerga fighters in Iraq. Both Kurdish forces are close U.S. allies in the war against IS. Turkey said it struck rebels taking part in the Kurdish insurgency in its southeast.
Turkish strikes were inflicted on the territory of sovereign states, bypassing their legitimate governments. We consider such actions unacceptable."
Russia is a close ally of the Syrian government, while Turkey supports the opposition. In recent months the two countries had cooperated in order to restart peace talks.
The YPG meanwhile asked the U.S.-led coalition battling IS to provide air cover over northern Syria, to protect them from Turkish and Syrian government air raids. They all hate each other and want to kill... Foreign powers are supplying the weapons and the Money. Just a thought.

Less Salt...*
Sodium plays a key role in balancing the levels of fluid in our bodies by signaling to the kidneys when to retain water and when to get rid of it. A high-sodium diet can interfere with this delicate process and reduce kidney function. Less water removed, may lead to higher blood pressure. Excess strain on the kidneys can lead to kidney disease or exacerbate kidney problems.

Canadian study on 1,200 older sedentary adults with normal brain function found that over the course of three years, high-sodium diets were linked to increased risk of cognitive decline. This result was “independent of hypertension and global diet quality”
Excessive salt in the diet can cause swelling in the hands, arms, ankles, legs, and feet, caused by fluid retention. Look for the labels of any product and steer away of the high salt content. Just a thought.

The makers of Cialis want to sell a version of the popular erectile dysfunction drug over the counter. They expect to launch the OTC version on 2018.
The move is an effort to get a leg up on the competition from other Generic companies after it loses patent protection in 2017.
A large unmet demand exists for over-the-counter Cialis because many men suffering don’t feel comfortable talking to a doctor about the problem [company's position].
Lilly choose to partner with Sanofi due to their experience in gaining approval for over-the-counter versions of other drugs.
Marketing, selling, promoting, and in the process, blog the competition is just a process of renew the cash collection process.

Mental...*
Mental illness cannot be blamed for terror attacks, experts say. The overwhelming majority of people with mental illness never turn violent. But mental health disorders may make some people more susceptible to extremist ideology, and in rare cases that ideology can lead to horrific acts.
"Terrorist acts are not caused by mental illness but mental illness can provide a background that's receptive to terrorist activity," said Dr. Raj Persaud, a psychiatrist and professor at London's Gresham College. ".
There's a higher rate of mental health issues among "lone wolf attackers" as opposed to people involved in a terrorist network.
"The driver in Nice is better thought of as a spree killer than a terrorist," French prosecutor said that searches of the computer showed he had a clear, recent interest in "radical jihadism" and that he had recently conducted internet searches for Islamic propaganda chants.

An airstrike killed eight family members, five of them children, as they fled fighting between U.S.-allied Syrian forces and Islamic State militants, according to local activists, who said the strike appeared to have been launched by the U.S.-led coalition.
Al-Qaida's leader urged his followers and other militants in Syria to unite and prepare for protracted jihad, or holy war, against what he called an "international satanic alliance," apparently referring to the Syrian government, its ally Russia, and the U.S., all of which are targeting the group.
The US.-backed Syrian Democratic Forces, which also include Arab fighters, are trying to expel IS from Tabqa and also help the rebels fight the Assad.

Some tend to have enormous egos, an incredible sense of entitlement and an overinflated sense of self-worth and importance. They are arrogant, cocky, have an opinion on everything and are always right.
They have incredible confidence but often without the competence. They typically have lots of grandiose plans for the future.
In their role as guru, they often claim to have magic powers, or to be able to do things that other people cannot. This enhances their prestige among their followers.
Total lack of guilt or remorse regardless of the effect of their actions on others. People are simply objects, things to be used.
Unable to understand what other people are feeling or experiencing. They don't know what it's like to be in somebody else's shoes.
"I lie like I breathe, one as much as the other" But when they are caught out in a lie, they simply carry on. Remember, no guilt or remorse!
A Psychopath may be closer than you think. Just a thought.

China’s leaders believe their U.S. counterparts have already aired their malign intentions in public. Successive American presidents have consistently stated their support for the spread of liberty globally and for the development of democracy in China in particular.
American leaders cannot trust Chinese leaders because the latter’s long-term designs are difficult to discern and clouded in secrecy. Washington has already made clear U.S. opposition to the continued rule of the Chinese Communist Party, even if America’s ultimate plans for bringing down the CCP are unclear.
With intervention in Iraq, Libya, Syria and the bad outcome of the interventions, [Hundred thousands killed, country sectarian violence, and the rise of terrorist organization] scares everybody else, in the region or outside. Iran and North Korea find it being a nuclear power lessens the chances of US activities to bring the regimes down.
The constant media information about US military moves, ultimate goals, and other detailes, make the information real threat for other countries such as China, Iran, North Korea, and many of our allies as well.

Woo...*
The death of a Texas mother whose body was found in her SUV with her hungry, thirsty children alive beside her has been ruled a suicide. Thi Woo died of a self-inflicted overdose.
Her SUV parked in a Target store parking lot in the Dallas suburb of McKinney. The woman and children had been missing for three days. The children ages 1, 3 and 5.
The husband believed he needed to wait 24 hours until he file the report!!
Before the discovery, Brandon Woo told CBS there were no family problems and he couldn't think of anything that would have prompted her to leave.
"She's a loving mother, a great wife. She's the most stable person you could ever meet," Brandon Woo said.
She is carrying one child, the older is clinging tight to her and the third is not far...
No mother would leave her three, very young children, like this unless there is something else going on. Just a thought

Anthony D'Alessandro, stole nearly 200,000 oxycodone pills from the facility, said Bridget Brennan, New York City's special narcotics prosecutor. The 249-count indictment was issued. The pills were worth about $5.6 million on the street.
The sticky-fingered pharmacist pleaded guilty to four counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, officials said.
He served as director of pharmacy services at Beth Israel on First Ave. and 16th St. for 14 years, authorities said. He was responsible for overseeing all of the medication stocked and dispensed at the facility.
The new Mount Sinai Health System received an anonymous letter that explained the large-scale theft and provided related documentation.
D'Alessandro made false entries into the hospital's electronic narcotics inventory system to cover up his crimes, according to officials.

Optimistic...
Optimism is a mental attitude. A common idiom used to illustrate optimism versus pessimism is a glass with water at the halfway point, where the optimist is said to see the glass as half full and the pessimist sees the glass as half empty.
Being optimistic is defined as expecting the best possible outcome from any given situation. It thus reflects a belief that future conditions will work out for the best.
Variation in optimism and pessimism is somewhat heritable[2] and reflects biological trait systems to some degree.[3] It is also influenced by environmental factors, , and may also be linked to health.[5]
Optimistic people believe bad events to be more temporary and bounce back quickly from failure.
Optimistic people allow good events to brighten every area of their lives rather than just the particular area in which the event occurred.
Optimists blame bad events on causes outside of themselves, are more confident, and quickly internalize positive events. It can be learned.
Comes around...
Six months ago, 55-year-old Billy Ray Harris was homeless. He lived on a street corner in Kansas City, holding out a cup and asking passers-by for spare change.
In February, Sarah Darling passed Harris at his usual spot and dropped some change into his cup. But, unbeknownst to her, she also accidentally dropped in her engagement ring. Though Harris considered selling the ring — he got it appraised for $4,000 — he ultimately couldn’t go through with it, and a few days later, he returned the ring to Darling.
As a way to say thank you, Darling and her husband Bill Krejci started a fund to raise money for Harris to help him get his life back on track. “We set a goal for a thousand dollars,”
The fund raised far more than any of them expected in just three months, people donated more than $190,000.
Harris talked to a lawyer, who helped him put the money in a trust. Since then, he’s been able to buy a car and even put money down on a house, which he’s fixing up himself.

The Paris prosecutor says the Champs-Elysees attacker had a note defending the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria with him when he opened fire on police officers.

It is obviously that this is one criminal who just not connected with anyone. Wants to seem bigger than his criminal enterprise. The security services have to upgrade its data accordingly and so is the USA. Certain criminals have proven to do terrorists activities without connecting with other terrorist organization. Buying Everybody...*
Pfizer has reportedly made overtures offering to buy pharma giant AstraZeneca for $120 billions, the first mega matchup in pharma land in years.
Pfizer acquired Warner-Lambert in 2000 for $90 billions, Pharmacia in 2003 for $60 Billions, and Wyeth, for $68 billions in 2009. Sold for $16.6 billions its consumer-products division to Johnson & Johnson in 2006,
Big money is moving back and forth on minimum new medications of real benefits to the patients.
Pfizer should be looking for more Research and Development to add more drugs into its pipeline. The market place see minor amount of new drugs in general. Diversify its business model is also important.
The structure and laws in USA must be changed. The market structure should be geared into profitable R&D not marketing and Financial Engineering of the same back and forth. This is the hardest thing to do.
