Feed Me..

Earlier this month, five of seven individuals tied to the scandal "Feeding our Future"  were convicted on a variety of felony charges, the first in several expected Feeding Our Future trials.
The bribery case is related to the Feeding Our Future scandal, in which scores of defendants in Minneapolis were accused of stealing millions in federal food aid dollars meant for hungry children during the pandemic.
According to prosecutors, the larger group of five conspired to bribe the juror and specifically targeted her because they believed she was the only person of color on the jury, a fact they hoped they could use to their advantage given that many named in the Feeding Our Future scandal are part of Minnesota’s large Somali community.

Replace..

Almost half of Democratic voters want President Joe Biden to be replaced by another candidate, following his widely panned debate performance against Donald Trump, a poll has found.

Biden's verbal blanks, non sequiturs and hoarse delivery at the CNN-hosted event on Thursday sparked fear and panic among Democrats, prompting some to call for the 81-year-old incumbent to step aside.       Brendan Cole- Newsweek.

Comment:

Continue to deny the Mental Capacity of this president came to an end during this debate. Now many wonder who is running the country in the past 3 years?

Cold..

Amount..

Prepped..

President Biden was prepped for this debate for full Two Weeks. Yhe Prep continue..

Smoothly..

“I know I’m not a young man, to state the obvious,” he said.  “I don’t speak as smoothly as I used to. I don’t debate as well as I used to. But I know what I do know. I know how to tell the truth. I know right from wrong.”

Truth..

President Biden on Friday tried to beat back doubts about his fitness following a disjointed debate performance the night before, firing up a crowd of supporters with an energetic speech that accused former President Donald J. Trump of being a “one-man crime wave.”

“I know I’m not a young man, to state the obvious,” he said.  “I don’t speak as smoothly as I used to. I don’t debate as well as I used to. But I know what I do know. I know how to tell the truth. I know right from wrong.”
With the stakes sky high as Democrats around the country openly discussed whether he should abandon his bid for a second term, Mr. Biden repeatedly cast the election as a choice between right and wrong, morality and criminality, an honest man and a convicted criminal.

Comment:

*What was the truth about invading the Country of Libya?

*How many civilians were killed then and still struggling as the country split?

*How many civilians were killed in Syria as a result of our military intervention?

*  What was the amount of money Hunter Biden received from the Ukrainian businesses for being a consultant?

Just a thought.

Gratitude..

The Supreme Court overturned the bribery conviction of a former Indiana mayor on Wednesday in an opinion that narrows the scope of public corruption law.

The high court’s 6-3 opinion sided with James Snyder, who was convicted of taking $13,000 from a trucking company after prosecutors said he steered about $1 million worth of city contracts the company’s way.
Snyder, a Republican, has maintained his innocence.  His attorneys argued before the high court that prosecutors hadn’t proved there was a “quid pro quo” exchange agreement before the contracts were awarded and that prosecuting officials for gratuities given after the fact unfairly criminalizes normal gift giving.
Just a thought.

Morality..

Donna Brazile came to the Democratic National Committee to steady a ship rocked by an email hacking scandal and under fire for allegedly favoring Hillary Clinton during the primary process.
Now, thanks to a new email hacking scandal, the DNC’s interim chair is at the center of a controversy of her own — with Clinton’s campaign again caught in the mix.
After hacked emails published Monday by WikiLeaks appeared to reveal Brazile, during her time as a CNN commentator, giving advance notice to Clinton’s camp about a debate question, Brazile has lost a CNN contract (which had been suspended since Brazile took over the DNC in July) and found herself used as fodder for one of Donald Trump’s favorite talking points: that in this “rigged” election, the DNC has been in the bag for Clinton since the beginning.

Inmate..

Bridget Townsend

Texas man who admitted that he kidnapped, sexually assaulted and fatally shot the 18-year-old girlfriend of his drug dealer was set to be executed on Wednesday.

The remains of Bridget Townsend weren't found nearly two years after she vanished, when Ramiro Gonzales, having received two life sentences for kidnapping and raping another woman, led authorities to the spot in Southwest Texas where he left her body.

The inmate’s attorneys have appealed to the US Supreme Court, arguing in part he should be ineligible for the death penalty under state law because he is no longer dangerous.
