Less...

A group of more than 120 retired military officers have written to President Joe Biden to tell him his election was less than legitimate – while questioning his mental acuity.

The letter echoes  claims of widespread election fraud – which have not been borne out in the courts.

The group calls itself 'Flag Officers 4 America' and consists of retired military officers including generals and admirals.

'The FBI and Supreme Court must act swiftly when election irregularities are surfaced and not ignore them as was done in 2020,' they wrote.

It echoes claims that absentee ballots are not secure as it goes after Biden, who serves as Commander in Chief of the military.

'Election integrity demands insuring there is one legal vote cast and counted per citizen. Legal votes are identified by State Legislature's approved controls using government IDs, verified signatures, etc,' they write.

'Today, many are calling such common sense [voter ID] controls “racist” in an attempt to avoid having fair and honest elections. Using racial terms to suppress proof of eligibility is itself a tyrannical intimidation tactic,' they write.

The retired officers raise doubts about Biden's mental capacity – and reference Speaker Nancy Pelosi's move to get assurances about the nuclear codes in the days after the January 6 MAGA riot.  Just a thought.

Pandemic-weary New Yorkers had their hopes deflated Thursday when Gov. Andrew Cuomo said he wasn’t ready to ease the state’s mask mandate  even though the feds gave the green light for vaccinated Americans to finally show their faces and gather indoors again.

In a late-afternoon statement, Cuomo said he and Health Commissioner Howard Zucker had yet to decide if the Empire State would adopt newly announced guidelines from the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

“In New York, we have always relied on the facts and the science to guide us throughout the worst of this pandemic and in our successful reopening,” Cuomo said.

“We have received the newly revised guidance from the CDC regarding mask wearing and social distancing for those with vaccinations and are reviewing them in consultation with Dr. Zucker and our partners and health experts in surrounding states.”

May be we want to milk the "Covid-19 Pandemic" till the last drop.

Gov. Cuomo listen to the science but which one? Just a thought.

Allowing adolescents to get the shots will accelerate the nation's efforts to drive down infections and return to some form of normalcy, public health officials and infectious disease experts say.
It also allows states to get middle school students vaccinated before summer camps begin and school starts in the fall.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention panel's meeting comes two days after the Food and Drug Administration announced it approved Pfizer and BioNTech's request to allow their vaccine to be given to young teens on an Emergency use Basis. The vaccine is already authorized for use in people 16 and older. It will be administered in adolescents in two doses, three weeks apart, the same regimen for 16 years of age and older, the FDA said.

What is the risk these teens are facing? With the death from Covid-19 reached 600,000 death and hospitalizations of millions, How many of these are teens?

Who is deciding the Risk out weigh the benefits for each individual. Just a thought.

Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D), indicated that her state would not implement new coronavirus-related lockdown restrictions in response to a spike in new infections due to Republican-led lawsuits last year that challenged her constitutional authority to do so.

Speaking Sunday on NBC's "Meet the Press," Whitmer explained to host Chuck Todd that the lawsuits had left her without the ability to unilaterally implement new COVID-19 lockdown measures shutting down businesses in the state

Michigan's Supreme Court ruled in October that Whitmer did not have the constitutional authority to continue extending a state of emergency declared due to the COVID-19 pandemic, under which Whitmer had imposed the state's stay-at-home orders.   State health officials recorded more than 9,800 new cases of COVID-19 in Michigan on Friday, one of the highest single-day totals the state has seen since the beginning of the pandemic.

So the governors making up any decisions they want in violation of the constitution.

And that is the time to cry to Todd....  Just a thought.

As he had said was his intention for years, Brooklyn Borough President Eric Adams entered the 2021 mayoral race last month as a top-tier Democratic primary candidate to replace the term-limited Mayor.  he has an initial fundraising lead.

While Adams is widely considered among the early frontrunners, it’s impossible to make many intelligent predictions about the race that is about to unfold in a six-month sprint to the all-important June primary, with an incredibly diverse and still-growing field and a new balloting system, ranked-choice voting, set to debut.
The two-term president of the most-populous borough, and home to 1.2 million Democrats at that, brings a variety of strengths and weaknesses to the race.
He is the next Mayor of New York City.  Just a thought.
