Boom..

Bank of America (BofA) sees the US economy heading toward a cyclical boom, not a recession or stagflation, supported by factors like improved productivity and potential policies. While growth forecasts have been adjusted, the bank anticipates the US economy to outperform and has identified factors that could lead to a significant upswing.
  • BofA analysts suggest the US economy is leaning away from the negative scenario of stagflation (high inflation and slow growth) and is more likely to experience an economic boom.
  • A recent Bank of America study shows that a high percentage of small and mid-size business owners expect revenue growth and plan to hire, signaling positive sentiment.
  • Improved Productivity:
  • Enhanced US productivity is a key factor expected to contribute to economic growth.

  • Policy Influence:
  • Policies, potentially including those from Donald Trump and AI investments, are seen as potential catalysts for a boom.

Excercise..

  • Exercise, particularly high-intensity interval training (HIIT), increases the production of proteins that make up mitochondria, the powerhouses of the cell that generate energy.
  • By improving mitochondrial health and function, exercise enhances a cell's ability to produce ATP, the energy currency for cellular processes.
  • Exercise helps eliminate senescent cells—cells that have stopped dividing and contribute to age-related damage—by activating immune cells responsible for their clearance.
  • Exercise activates stem cells in various tissues, including muscle, bone, and nerve tissue, promoting their proliferation and differentiation into new, healthy cells and facilitating tissue regeneration.
  • Exercise helps maintain DNA integrity by improving DNA repair mechanisms and reducing DNA damage, which contributes to cellular health and aging.
  • * Exercise can counteract age-related inflammatory pathways and restore healthy cellular communication within stem cell niches.

Global..

Thousands of anti-Israel demonstrators reportedly flooded midtown Manhattan afternoon, calling for a "global intifada," a slogan many view as an incitement to violence against Jewish communities.
New York City mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani, a self-proclaimed Democratic socialist, recently sparked controversy after failing to publicly condemn the mantra.
After critics noted his silence on the issue, he said it is not "language" he uses.
Bipartisan legislation recently introduced by U.S. Reps. Josh Gottheimer, D-N.J., and Rudy Yakym, R-Ind., would denounce the term as "a call to violence against Israeli and Jewish people across the world."
Comment.
Is this the new image for the Democratic Party?  Just a thought.

Pardon..

Gov. Kathy Hochul has been quietly pardoning migrants with decades-old criminal histories — including at least one who killed another man.
The Dem governor recently granted the extreme act of clemency to 13 migrants, including Somchith Vatthanavong, a 52-year-old Laotian man who entered the US illegally and was convicted of manslaughter in 1990, the New York Times first reported.
Hochul’s pardon rhetoric is a stark pivot from her repeated pledges to work with ICE and other federal authorities to deport criminal migrants. Just a thought.

Voting..

A Minnesota Democratic committee revoked the party’s endorsement of mayoral candidate Omar Fateh, a democratic socialist challenging the incumbent Democratic mayor of Minneapolis.
Fateh was the top delegate winner at Minneapolis’ Democratic Farmer-Labor Party convention last month.
“After a thoughtful and transparent review of the challenges, the Constitution, Bylaws & Rules Committee found substantial failures in the Minneapolis Convention’s voting process on July 19th, including an acknowledgement that a mayoral candidate was errantly eliminated from contention.
As a result, the Constitution, Bylaws & Rules Committee has vacated the mayoral endorsement,” said DFL Party Chairman Richard Carlbom in a statement that also called for party unity.
Comment:
"Substantial failures in the Minneapolis Convention’s voting process"

Classy..

Texas Democratic state Rep. Nicole Collier abruptly left a call with California Gov. Gavin Newsom and other Democratic Party members after claiming she was told she was committing a felony by participating in the meeting from a state Capitol bathroom.
Collier was speaking on a call with Democratic National Committee chair Ken Martin, Newsom, and several others while the Texas House of Representatives was simultaneously debating a redistricting bill backed by President Trump.

That is outrageous,” said Booker. “Let me tell you something, Rep. Collier in the bathroom has more dignity than Donald Trump in the Oval Office.”
“There you go,” Newsom responded, nodding his head.

Dishoesty-Prejudice..

The Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is facing an ethical complaint from a government watchdog group calling on the Arkansas state bar to probe whether Clinton’s involvement in the Russia investigation into President Trump should affect her ability to practice law in the state.
The complaint, filed by Democracy Restored this week, cites the Arkansas Rules of Professional Conduct involving "Dishonesty" and "Prejudice to the Administration of Justice" and seeks a "formal review of the conduct of Hillary Rodham Clinton, Esq., a licensed attorney in the State of Arkansas, in connection with her actions during the 2016 presidential campaign."
Clinton’s name has resurfaced in recent weeks after the Senate Judiciary Committee released previously classified documents related to the "Russia-gate" scandal, shedding more light on Clinton’s involvement.

Illegal..

The shooting broke out just before 3:30 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 17, in Brooklyn, at Taste of the City Lounge on Franklin Avenue in Crown Heights, according to authorities

The violence followed a dispute among patrons, said Tisch.

As daylight broke, detectives recovered at least 36 shell casings from inside the lounge and found a firearm discarded at a nearby intersection.

Investigators are searching for multiple suspects.

Tisch noted that through the end of July, New York City had seen the lowest number of shootings and shooting victims on record.

Comment:

How many people have guns, legal and illegal, in the very restrictive city in the US?

The crime statistic is low.   Just a " scary" thought.

Rumored..

Some believe that the Epstein List will solve the American people's problems of Huge Debt, Inflation, border security and safety and securities in the big cities. Just a thought.

Conflict..

Russia's primary demands for Ukraine involve territorial concessions, security guarantees, and political concessions.

Specifically, Russia demands that Ukraine withdraw from the four regions it illegally annexed (Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson) and recognize these annexations, along with Crimea, as Russian territory.

Additionally, Russia seeks guarantees that Ukraine will not join NATO, limit its armed forces, and recognize Russian as an official language. Moscow also wants the removal of sanctions and a halt to Western arms deliveries.

Comment:
The president of Ukraine suspended the Country's election until the war ends. What a
method of holding to power.

On the other hand, he thinks and wish that the European countries are helping the
Ukraine in its war.

It is a lose lose war.  Noone else wanted to solve it but president Trump.

Just a thought.

Punishment..

As the United States and Europe ramp up their sanctions on Russia, Western consumers will soon face rising costs.
That’s true even for American consumers, even though relatively few Russian exports reach US shores.
The higher prices are modest compared to the destruction of life and property in Ukraine. But the price pressures come at a bad time when America’s inflation rate is already at a nearly 40-year high.
And the pressures on household budgets could undermine broad support for sanctions among the broader population in the West.
Comment:
These sanctions started during President Biden's administration. Noone explained to the American people that while we are punishing the Russian people, we are punishing the rest of the world and the American people as well.  Just a thought.

Blessed..

During a brief appearance before the media following the nearly three-hour meeting in Alaska, the two leaders said they had made progress on unspecified issues. But they offered no details and took no questions, with the normally loquacious Trump ignoring shouted questions from reporters.

There were many, many points that we agreed on. I would say a couple of big ones that we haven't quite got there, but we've made some headway," Trump said, standing in front of a backdrop that read, "Pursuing Peace."

"There's no deal until there's a deal," he added.
Comments:
Blessed are the peacemakers,
for they will be called children of God.   Just a thought.
