Waiver...
Should we defund the Mayor security details that he used to go to Brooklyn, 11 miles away, to take a walk in the park repeatedly in violation of the stay home order?
Abolish...
While it began as little more than a hashtag on the fringe left, “Abolish ice” has unfurled, almost overnight, into a small movement. A growing number of Democratic candidates and lawmakers have come to view U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement as representative of all that’s wrong with the Trump administration’s immigration practices.
Abolish ICE is a political movement that proposes abolition of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
New York City’s police department has come under criticism in recent days, with some city officials saying NYPD funding should be reduced. But many of the same New York City Council members parroting calls to “defund” the NYPD were just a year ago pushing Mayor Bill de Blasio to give city cops a big pay hike.
Not to forget those who are talking about taking money from the police and redirect it to us....
Just a thought.

Deplorable...
Presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden said
“There are probably anywhere from 10 to 15 percent of the people out there that are just not very good people.
His comments, came in a virtual town hall with young Americans that was hosted by his campaign and joined by the actor Don Cheadle. The former vice president fielded questions from several young African Americans. The discussion addressed issues of race and police violence.
Biden said, “Hate didn’t begin with Donald Trump. It’s not going to end with him.” After saying that he would take responsibility for his actions as president and address major problems, Biden posed the question of whether the nation was as good as it could be.
Biden was in power and didn't do much.

Republicans pounced on Biden.
“Who is he including in that?” tweeted Donald Trump Jr. “Christians who want to go to church? Small biz owners trying to save their companies? Because something tells me, he’s not talking about the looters burning down communities!”
Failure...
New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo declared Saturday that New York “crushed” the curve and “did the impossible” as the state begins to re-open.
New York was one of the states hardest hit by the novel coronavirus, with more than 30,000 deaths, despite implementing a harsh series of lockdown measures in response that has seen businesses, schools and recreation activities shuttered for months.
A scathing Associated Press report last month found more than 4,300 coronavirus-infected elderly patients were sent to vulnerable nursing homes. The state has estimated that more than 5,000 nursing home and long term-care facility patients have died from coronavirus.
It has led to calls for the Department of Justice to open an investigation into the nursing home deaths. Cuomo and his administration have tried to deflect that criticism, saying it was following guidelines issued by the Trump administration.
Cuomo didn't have to follow anyone's advise... he always do whatever and claim the consultant said it can't be done. When failure arrived, It is someone's else advise.
Just a thought.

Karl...
Michigan Supreme Court unanimously sided with a barber who reopened his shop last month in defiance of Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s coronavirus lockdown order.
The high court ruled that the state appeals court made mistakes in its decision to shut down 77-year-old barber Karl Manke. The appeals decision was not unanimous and did not afford Manke oral arguments to defend himself, the court said.
“It is incumbent on the courts to ensure decisions are made according to the rule of law, not hysteria.” Justice David F. Viviano wrote in his opinion. “One hopes that this great principle — essential to any free society, including ours — will not itself become yet another casualty of COVID-19.”
This is David vs. Goliath case.
