Italy's Catholic bishops offered to care for a majority of 140 migrants the country's government had prevented from leaving an Italian coast guard ship docked for days in a Sicilian harbor because politics shouldn't be practiced at the expense of the poor, prominent churchmen said.

Cardinal Gualtiero Bassetti, president of the Italian bishops' conference, told Italian state TV the bishops worked with Italy's Interior Ministry "in a spirit of collaboration" to help end the stalemate over where the asylum-seekers the coast guard ship rescued would go.

Parishes will care for some 100 migrants, while Albania and Ireland each will accept about 20 under an arrangement announced by Italian Premier Giuseppe Conte. The majority of the migrants were disembarked from the Diciotti at a dock in Catan.

A Walgreens pharmacist refused to provide an Arizona woman with miscarriage medication, citing his ethical beliefs. 

Nicole Arteaga was trying to pick up her prescription for misoprostol, a medication that can be used to end a failed pregnancy, when the pharmacist asked if she was pregnant and then refused to provide the medicine, according to the New York Times.

Walgreens said in a statement that the company had contacted Arteaga and apologized for the handling of the situation. However, the pharmacy chain noted that the pharmacist had not violated its policy with his refusal. 

Arizona and five other states explicitly allow pharmacies or pharmacists to refuse to provide medication because of religious or moral objections, the New York Times reported.

Then we need to know what are the moral or religion of the pharmacist Up-Front and if the law allows denying doctor's prescription regardless of the condition.

Salute...

As the body of Sgt. Wytasha Carter made its way through a rainy Birmingham, Alabama a sheriff's deputy named Tiffany Dial stood and saluted the casket. Carter was gunned down while on duty.

Dial said she was representing her shift, and was the only one available. 

In a city mourning the worst, came a reminder of our best. A man named Shawn Allen never said a word to Dial, while he stood holding an umbrella for her for 45 minutes. The moment was caught on camera.

Allen is a deputy district attorney. Two days after spending nearly an hour next to each other, Allen and Dial finally met. 

Happy as he was to do the right thing, Allen doesn't want that to overshadow why they were there in the first place.

Theranos...

Her story is a stunning fall from grace for the woman who was once poised to change the world. Her technology had promised to run hundreds of lab tests from just a drop or two of blood. It was a promise she would never fulfill. 

In 2003, Elizabeth Holmes launched a company which she would come to name Theranos.  She officially dropped out of Stanford University during her second year of college to pursue her business full time.

By 2014, Theranos is valued at nearly $10 billion dollars and with the media attention plus the impressive board of directors, Theranos had attracted high-profile investors.

Holmes has settled with the SEC, with no admission of wrongdoing, but is now facing up to 20 years in prison, awaiting a criminal trial for charges of wire fraud and conspiracy to commit wire fraud. 

The Media went crazy after this organization promoting it, giving interviews… then it was fake.

Nowhere...

Don't be caught up in the idea that you have to compete with anyone in living your life to the fullest. 

Frankly, I am not sure what people mean when they advice others to live life to the fullest because it seems like a challenge.

Is everyone supposed to go to Spain for snorkeling, sky diving and running with the bulls? Or alternatively go to London? 

Live the life that is better for "you". Maybe you can change one particular habit in a month, and be the better for it. Maybe you can have an "aha" moment in an art gallery or museum. 

So don't try to be someone else or imitate others, just be yourself.
Just a thought.

Break up...

It helps to understand why our brains and bodies disintegrate in the aftermath of a breakup. Your identity undergoes a fundamental change where you define yourself in relation to your partner.   We went on vacation, we got a puppy, we made dinner.

When the “we” dissolves, it can feel like the very core of who you are has dissolved. We Were left with a significant void, and you have to fill voids.

Multiple studies have shown that the core of our feeling crappy upon losing a relationship has to do with our murky identification post-breakup.

Filling those voids, reforming your sense of identity, figuring out what the new ‘me’ is going to be about”—that’s what you should do now that you’re on your own.

Looking at the bright side. Just a thought.

Pete Buttigieg, the 37-year-old, two-term Democratic mayor of South Bend, Indiana, who could make history as the nation's first openly gay presidential nominee of a major party, took a significant step toward a run for the White House, announcing he is forming a presidential exploratory committee, the precursor to an official campaign. 

But despite the history that his candidacy could make, Buttigieg says the 2020 race should not solely be about candidate identities.
