FCC...
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has shut down conspiracy theorist Alex Jones' flagship radio station.
The newspaper reported that a lawsuit filed in federal court in Austin alleged that Liberty Radio had functioned without a license since at least 2013, and had been transmitting from a tower at an Austin apartment complex.
Jones, a conspiracy theorist who founded the site Infowars, has recently been banned by several platforms, including Facebook and YouTube.
Infowars and Jones' content has also been pulled from Spotify and Vimeo, and Twitter placed restrictions on the accounts for Jones and his site.
Jones has been criticized for some of the conspiracy theories he promotes: The parents of two children killed in the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting have sued him for allegedly saying the massacre was staged and a cover-up orchestrated by the parents of the children.

Researchers from the University of Sydney studied the real impact eggs have on a person's health. The researchers put 128 people with pre-diabetes or type 2 diabetes onto a couple of different diets program.
One group ate 12 or more eggs per week, while the other ate fewer than two, part of a three-month weight loss attempt.
Each group people lost about 9 pounds, maintain their high egg or low egg diet for a year. Both groups had no significant difference in their cholesterol, sugar or blood pressure.
The researchers recommended eggs be boiled or poached. If fried, a polyunsaturated cooking oil, such as olive oil, was recommended.

It matters a lot what you eat with your eggs. Butter, bacon, sausage, cheese and muffins all contain saturated fats, and those can raise your blood cholesterol.

The residents of Pioppi, a village in southern Italy, often live to the age of 100. UNESCO recognized Pioppi as the home of the Mediterranean diet, and it also been dubbed the 'world’s healthiest village.' How? It’s simple, they say: Just eat sugar once a week.
Dr. Aseem Malhotra, who studied the Pioppian lifestyle, said diet is a key reason behind the villagers’ long lifespans and low rates of diabetes, more than physical inactivity, smoking, and alcohol, it contributes to more disease and deaths. Food is medicine.'
Pioppians only eat desserts on Sundays, and they limit their pizza consumption to once or twice per month. And although they don’t regularly sweat it out in the gym, they’re constantly on the move.
Low levels of stress and sleeping seven hours per night. These 'simple lifestyle changes' are 'more powerful than any medication.
Putting more greens and good fats like olive oil on your plate and avoiding refined carbs like white bread are great ways to start. Eating like a Pioppian would prevent nearly 20 million deaths annual deaths worldwide caused by cardiovascular disease. Just a thought.

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) said at an event on Wednesday that America "was never that great," drawing an audible response from the crowd.
"We're not gonna make America great again," Cuomo said at the event, where he signed anti sex-trafficking bills into law. "It was never that great."
No message but just recycle.
