According to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, freedom of expression is the right of every individual to hold opinions  to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media regardless of frontiers, without interference.

The right to freedom of expression is recognized as a human right under article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and recognized in the (ICCPR).

It  additionally states that the exercise of these rights carries "special duties and responsibilities" and may "therefore be subject to certain restrictions" when necessary "for respect of the rights or reputation of others" or "for the protection of national security, of public order,  public health or morals".

Mind Diet...

A new study by researchers at Rush University MC in Chicago shows a diet plan they developed called the MIND diet may reduce the risk of developing Alzheimer's disease by as much as 53 percent.

Diet appears to be just one of many factors, Exercise and Education while Genetics and smoking,  also play a role.

But the MIND diet helped Slow the rate of cognitive decline and Protect against Alzheimer's regardless of other risk factors.

The MIND diet is comprised of 15 elements, 10 brain-healthy food groups and then five unhealthy groups. The 10 brain-healthy food groups include:

• Beans
• Berries
• Fish
• Green leafy vegetables
• Nuts
• Poultry
• Olive oil
• Other vegetables
• Whole grains
• Wine.

Easter is a symbol of walking away from death and into life. It gives us the power to overcome the culture of death with its sad faces and terrible expressions.   

It is about the culture of Life and Love.

The Easter Event turned around the lives of Christ's disciples through-out the ages. It can turn around our lives today, to rise, to come forth into the light of a new day.

Easter is a new beginning, in any and all directions.

It’s a common reaction.
“People are concerned about an institutional structure [Homeless shelter] coming into a residential neighborhood. They’re concerned about what the impact is going to be on the resources that may already be scarce. 

Quality of life and real estate value are the two issues in mind.
Resolve this complexity and all would welcome a shelter.
This is why.  Just a thought.

This picture went viral during the Chaos of Fergusson riot. This guy had a sign saying free hugs, and this police man accepted.  It is a desire of two human being, regardless of their background, to be human.

Unfair....

President Trump reportedly wants to take on Amazon and the internet retail behemoth's tax treatment.

The president has long argued that Amazon gets unfair tax treatment relative to brick-and-mortar retailers.

The company's stock, in turn, lost more than $50 billion in shareholder value at one point.

It is definitely unfair and badly  impct the mommand pop businesses. Something need to be done.
