Extra...**

Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery

At some restaurants, the seven deadly sins aren't just vices: They're big business, too.

By channeling the lust and gluttony of its patrons, these restaurants have delivered blockbuster growth in an industry that has struggled to move the sales needle.

Following the model pioneered by the Hooters chain with scantily clad waitresses and ice cold beer, Twin Peaks saw sales soar 45 percent. That made it the fastest-growing full-service large chain in America.  Tilted Kilt and Fogo de Chão, also made the top five fastest-growing restaurant chains.

"We talk about weapons of mass distraction as one of our branding points,".
The chain sees itself as the "ultimate sports lodge" with TVs everywhere and classic, made-from-scratch bar food, such as Buffalo wings, and a venison chili burgers.

People are looking for Extra". "If they are going to spend hard-earned money, they want to get good food and be entertained at the same time."
Something extra... Something to nibble on?               Just a thought.

Morally ...
It is a nice word some are hiding behind it. Many bad things in our world are hidden behind Morality.

So when it comes to medications, it is morally essential to help the patient who didn't have another place to go to.

And if the patients had the choice, you would be morally bankrupt and so is your pharmacy.
 Just a thought.

Rebecca Woodard (pictured) says, referring to Manhattan Madam Kristin Davis in her memoir, 'The whole world knows by now, Spitzer was a client of Kristin’s. They heard about Ashley Dupré. They didn’t hear about me.'

While servicing Spitzer, Woodard was working for madam Kristin Davis. The DA’s office approached Woodard to go undercover after Davis was busted in 2008 and Woodard had already begun working for Gristina, who had sexy glamour shots taken of her and other girls to entice high-rolling johns.

While this story of Spitzer is considered a personal failure. He resigned his post as a governor and got the publicity most don't want.

Many European countries Legalize prostitution in order to close the door on these issues. It reduces crimes against women, and men, secure health level of safety, and prevent other related crimes associated with the illegal act.    Just a thought.

Federal prosecutors announced charges against the creators of software called Black shades.  The Spyware allow hackers to spy on victims through computer webcams and obtain financial information from a distance. Police worldwide arrested 97 people in 16 countries suspected of using or distributing the malicious software. Dutch police arrested an 18-year-old man for using the malware to take pictures of women and girls within view of webcams on about 2,000 computers.

It is a new world. Protect yourself if you can. Cover up your cam, and valuables.

The "O"administration embarked on another regime change in Syria. Clinton led the public advocacy of the policy and the CIA began working on a major covert operation to arm rebel forces in Syria.

The operation used ostensibly independent companies in Libya to ship arms from Libyan government warehouses to Syria and southern Turkey. These were then distributed in consultation with the United States through networks run by Turkey, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. The plan went into operation within days of Gaddafi’s death on October 20, 2011.

The Turks, Qataris and Saudis were funnelling arms to al-Qaeda’s Syrian franchise, al-Nusra Front or other closely related extremist groups.  The same thing had happened in Libya in spring 2011, the White House had quickly learned that the Qataris had sent the arms to the most extremist elements in the Libyan opposition.  [

"There's no way you can divorce yourself, emotionally or mentally, from these situations that you play a role in," Brennan said, adding that he "felt some responsibility for the horrific bloodshed" in the Syria war.   [Soft.net Paul Antonopoulos- Almasdar News Sun, 25 Dec 2016 20:13 UTC].
Just in case we forgot about 500,000 killed and 10 millions Syrians with no country.

Shortage...

U.S. Food and Drug Administration declared a nationwide shortage of many forms of injectable fentanyl citrate. This dosage form of the highly-potent opioid is often used for Hospitals, outpatient surgery and endoscopy procedures, such as colonoscopies.

The irony owes to the concurrent, rampant distribution of fentanyl and its chemical relatives in the clandestine drug supply across the U.S. and Canada.

In fact, illicitly-manufactured fentanyl, primarily from China, is the primary cause of the five-fold increase in U.S. overdose deaths due to synthetic opioids: from 3,105 in 2013 to approximately 20,000 of the total 60,000 opioid overdose deaths in 2016.

In contrast, three pharmaceutical fentanyl providers -- Akron, West-Ward and Pfizer -- are experiencing shortages of many versions of the injectable citrate form of the drug. According to the American Society of Health-Systems Pharmacists, a combination of increased demand and manufacturing delays are behind the pharmaceutical fentanyl shortages. Fentanyl product backorders range from intermittent to delays as long as the third quarter of 2018.
