Remove the wheels- My Call...

An Israeli air strike hits the northern Gaza Strip

U.S. drones and fighter jets have launched strikes across Iraq, hitting additional targets in the area of the vital Mosul Dam.   ISIS collapsed.

Dutch Foreign Minister Frans Timmermans said the fight against Islamic State insurgents can only be successful if the jihadi militants are confronted in Syria as well as Iraq. U.S. government finding a common enemy with the Assad regime, which is fighting militants on their side of the border.

US can't partner with Assad overtly at this time, but the logic and trajectory of White House policy in Syria leads in that direction."

President Al-Assad’s forces have significantly stepped up their own campaign against militant strongholds in Syria, carrying out dozens of air strikes against the Islamist group’s headquarters in the past two days. Syria forces didn't collapse after years of fighting unlike Iraq.

ISIS success is due to "the wheels on their brutal wagon". Take the wheels off [movability and Qatar money support] and it will be flat on its back.  It begins with supporting the Assad in this goal.

Just a [serious] thought.

Onion-Ferguson

Shortly before noon on Aug. 9, Brown walked into Ferguson Market and Liquor, a convenience store on West Florissant Avenue. At approximately 11:51, according to a police report, an officer received a call that a robbery was in progress at the store. But the suspect, who a Brown family lawyer has acknowledged “appears to be” Brown from surveillance footage, was gone when the officer arrived.

It is reported on the police communication system with the description of Brown and his friend. Then the officer seen the two attracting the attention to themselves.

What happened in the video in the market [Robbery] is exactly what happened in the street with the officer. One exception, the officer got a gun and was at fear for his life.

If it was calm situation the officer could have used one bullet to cause the same damage, but what happened indicates that the officer was in fear of his life and that the distance between both were just few feet.

Witnesses have said they saw a scuffle between the officer and Brown at a police car before the young man was shot.

Others said a 6-foot-4, 292-pound Brown charged at Wilson, prompting the officer to fire at least six shots at him.

The politicians and the officials are silent about the contact, but all is coming out gradually and soon.

Just a thought.

Medicine for Obesity?

More than a third of U.S. adults are obese. [ according to the CDC]. Obesity is linked to higher rates of heart disease, diabetes, stroke and some types of cancer,

"you need to loose weight." The patient know but the doctor should tell them how.

In general over the years, people have regarded obesity as a problem of the patient," that it's their responsibility for becoming obese and it's their responsibility to become lean again."

Zafgen's compound, beloranib, is in mid-stage trials in obesity and a rare disease called Prader-Willi Syndrome, a genetic disorder characterized by an uncontrollable drive to eat. It aims to reduce appetite; "it works to really impact the way that the body handles fat," representative said.

The area had been plagued by safety concerns, including fen-phen, linked to heart-valve problems, and Abbott Meridia, was tied to heart attacks and strokes.

So don't hold your breath, try proper Nutrition and minor exercise for now. You may amaze yourself at the progress.

The Red ... Guo..

RCSC’s troubles started in 2011, when Guo Meimei posted numerous pictures of a lavish lifestyle on Sina Weibo. She claimed to be a manager of the Chinese Red Cross, and her postings sparked outrage from people who saw them as evidence that donations to RCSC were being embezzled.

RCSC denied any affiliation with her, and she admitted in a (and highly publicized) television confession that she had lied about having a position with RCSC.
Still, the damage had been done. As a result of the scandal, donations to RCSC decreased year-on-year.

As thousands in southwest China struggle in the aftermath of a devastating earthquake, the country’s main charity has a plea: forget rumors and scandals of the past and open your wallet now.

Guo Meimei, widely considered China’s most brazen “professional mistress”, came through the same means she achieved fame and notoriety an indiscriminate series of ostentatious and overly revealing internet blog posts.

Ms Guo, 23, was arrested by police with seven others ahead of the football World Cup final, amid a crackdown on the massive illegal online betting on the tournament. Rather indiscreetly, she had been bragging to her legion of nearly two million followers on Weibo – China’s broad equivalent of Twitter – about the big bets she was making. A time to Loot?????

Protesters try to light a Molotov cocktail, Wednesday, Aug. 13, 2014, in Ferguson, Mo. Protests in the St. Louis suburb (AP Photo/St. Louis Post-Dispatch, Chris Lee)
Seems like lighting a devise.
Unrest in Ferguson flared anew after the local police released a video showing the alleged participation by Brown in a convenience store robbery.

Missouri Governor imposed curfew after a week of racially charged protests and looting. Police arrested seven protesters.

A person was shot and critically wounded during the night. It was not clear why, and the shooter was still at large.

Police used tear gas and smoke bombs to push back crowds.

"I think the first message is to remind all law enforcement that they are hired to serve and protect and if they’re going to sit back and watch looting, they're not serving us; they’re not protecting us," Pastor Robert White told the station.

From what is happening, people wants the police to protect them from professional  looters, and criminal elements impeded in the demonstration.

It looks like we need more police than before.

Perry is Indicted... What?

Indictment

A grand jury indicted Texas Gov. Rick Perry on Friday [my day off] for allegedly abusing the powers of his office by carrying out a threat to veto funding for state prosecutors investigating public corruption.
A special prosecutor spent months calling witnesses and presenting evidence that Perry broke the law when he promised publicly to nix $7.5 million over two years for the public integrity unit, which is run by Travis County DA Rosemary Lehmberg's office. It's the same office that indicted U.S. Rep. Tom Delay as part of a finance probe.

Several top aides to the Governor appeared before grand jurors in Austin, including his deputy chief of staff, legislative director and general counsel.
Lehmberg[D] oversees the office's public integrity unit, which investigates statewide allegations of corruption and political wrongdoing. Perry said he wouldn't allow Texas to fund the unit while Lehmberg remained in charge.

An investigation of Lehmberg by a separate grand jury, decided she should not be removed for official misconduct [Drunk Driving ].

Lehmberg served 45-day jail sentence but stayed in office, despite Perry's assertions that her behavior was inappropriate.

If there is no public corruption in Texas, or there is??????????

A death of innocence..... Ferguson

Demonstrators, protesting the shooting death of teenager Michael Brown, scramble for cover as police fire tear gas on August 13, 2014 in Ferguson, Missouri. Police confront a protester in St Louis

"This is a boy who did everything right, who never got into a fight, who stayed in school."

The surveillance video shows a large African-American man pushing aside a smaller man who seemingly tries to stop him, then leaving the store. The larger man "appears to be" Michael Brown.
Newly released police documents claim the teenager roughly handled a clerk trying to stop him before walking out of the store with the box of Swisher Sweets Cigar.
The Ferguson police officer who shot him didn't stop him because he was suspected in a convenience-store robbery, but because he was "walking down the middle of the street blocking traffic," the city's police chief said Friday.

Protests in the St. Louis suburb turned violent, with some people lobbing Molotov cocktails and other objects at police who responded with smoke bombs and tear gas to disperse the crowd. Others robbed and destroy shops, stores and many arresteded.
We don't know everything happened, but what would peaceful people do without police in riot gear? See for yourself.
Just a thought.
