Cause I am happy....

This is one of the simple yet moving song people loved.

Williams has earned seven Grammy Awards so far.

 Because I’m happy
Clap along if you feel like a room without a roof
Because I’m happy
Clap along if you feel like happiness is the truth
Because I’m happy
Clap along if you know what happiness is to you
Because I’m happy
Clap along if you feel like that’s what you wanna do

 Bring me down
Can't nothing bring me down
My level's too high
Bring me down
Can't nothing bring me down
I said (let me tell you now)

The Bojinka Plot, Malaysian Airplane !!

A British Islamist sentenced to 13 years in prison for plotting to blow up an aircraft, told a NY court recently that four to five Malaysian Islamists were planning to take control of a plane.

On December 11, 1994, a member of the Bojinka plot boarded a Philippine airline, using a false Italian passport.  He left a bomb under his seat and got off the plane. The blast blew a hole in the floor, killed one and injured many.

The Bojinka plot was a large-scale attack to assassinate Pope John Paul II, and air bombing of 11 airliners flying from Asia to the United States and kill their 4,000 passengers. The plot was disrupted after a fire drew the Philippine Police's attention on January 6, 1995.

What happened to the Malaysian airline is the same plan from decades ago. False passport, terrorist on board, gain control of the craft, crash it far, so rescue and recovery are difficult.

This terrorist act opens the door for a cooperation between 29 Nations in the area of counter terrorism. It should start with placing the names of members of terrorists organization on a no fly list, so they can't fly at all.

They and their close relatives can use alternative methods to cross the ocean. Build there terrorist airplane, and crash their own airplane. (Wikipedia)

What Happened to Malysia Airoplane?

Few facts from various reports:

Flight MH370 disappeared of the radar about an hour after it took off  from Kuala Lumpur.

The aircraft model Boeing 777-200ER, has an excellent safety record.

The pilots did not indicate any problem to the tower, and no distress signal was issued.

Malaysian military radar data suggest the plane might have turned back toward Kuala Lumpur at a lower altitude.

Two passengers, 18 and 29 YO Iranian boarded the plane using stolen passports.

Power failure, or manual attempt, could have disrupted the main transponder and its backup system, and the plane still could have flown for more than an hour. The plane's deviation could mean someone deliberately turned the plane around.

A hijacking of the airplane took place with the two Iranian on board.

A Lost Airoplane......

Rescue workers from a Buddhist organisation held prayers
A Malaysia Airlines, Boeing 777, has reportedly crashed into the sea off Vietnam with 239 people on board. Contact was lost two hours into the flight from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing.

The plane made no distress call and might have even turned back to Malaysia midflight before it disappeared.

The passengers on the plane are from 14 different nationalities. As many as four passengers boarded the flight with false documentation.

The U.S. Navy "USS Pinckney" is en route.  China dispatched two maritime rescue ships, the Philippines deployed three air force planes and three navy patrol ships. Also Vietnam sent aircraft and ships while Vietnamese fishermen in the area were asked to report any suspected sign of the missing plane. Australia and Singapore are taking part in the search effort.

Many investigating agencies are in action including the American FBI, Boing , insurances and others.

This tragedy puts many Countries together to solve the problem as so much depend on the outcome.

I don't know what to hope for except an active cooperation between Nations for

"Peace on Earth".

Arizona's Anti Gay law, Who wants it ???

Rocco's Little Chicago Pizzeria wanted to let Arizona politicians know what the restaurant thinks about Senate Bill 1062.
Rocco's Little Chicago Pizzeria

Arizona's legislature enacted a bill to allow private businesses cite religious beliefs as a defense against lawsuits over discriminatory treatment.

Delta, Marriott, Apple, American airlines and other businesses urged Arizona Governor "For God's Sake"  veto the bill.

Since businesses don't want it, Arizona's legislatures acted the bill for who?

Businesses who have religious belief to enforce, have to do the following:

1- Publish the belief
2- Inform their employees with it
3- Inform the State, so an alternative plan will be in place

Businesses are licensed by the state to conduct services depending on the people's need not someone's religion. If you deliberately deny a service based on a religion, get out of the business. Many of the terrorist activities are based on religions Belief.

Ukraine's Dilemma.

Doctors provide medical assistance to protesters wounded during recent clashes with police, inside a makeshift hospital in the Mykhaylo Gold Domes cathedral in Kiev.
St. Mikhailivskiy Cathedral  used as a hospital

What's happened in Ukraine is driven by the country's history with Russia, its deep economic woes, a sense of cultural fondness for the West, wide discontent with government corruption, and two decades of divided politics.

Ukraine saw its biggest protests against the government’s refusal to sign an agreement with the European Union and instead signed with Russia.  Ukraine is basically, east and west, with a river splitting the half Russian and half Ukrainian parts.

The people of Ukraine wants western style living, good economics, and Russian support with reduce oil prices.

A lot of noise on Russian soldiers on the ground, the world is asking them to get out.....
Even if Ukraine joined the EU, their situation would be like Greece. Same economic problems that no one else will solve it for you.

Proverbs of Egypt...*

"This book is a treasure, folk wisdom passed from one generation to the next teaching ........ . Professor Hezkial was the chairman of English studies for the American Mission Schools.  I soon learned of his life long fascination with local proverbs. He was a special person and a friend." -Kenneth E. Nolin, PhD.

Spoof...!

Pervasive Telephone Scams.
The IRS has reported an increase in phone scams across the country, with callers pretending to be from the agents or other IRS representatives in hopes of stealing money or identities from victims. There are a number of variations on a theme ranging from instances from where callers say the victims owe money or are entitled to a huge refund to calls which threaten arrest.  The IRS has noted a few patterns in these calls such as:
  • Scammers use fake names and IRS badge numbers. They generally use common names and surnames to identify themselves.
  • Scammers may be able to recite the last four digits of a victim’s Social Security Number.
  • Scammers “spoof” or imitate the IRS toll-free number on caller ID.
  • Scammers sometimes send bogus IRS emails to some victims to support their bogus calls.
  • Victims hear background noise of other calls being conducted to mimic a call site.
  • After threatening victims with jail time or a driver’s license revocation, scammers hang up and others soon call back pretending to be from the local police or DMV, and the caller ID supports their clai

FDA's New Paradigm, see a ....Pharmacist

Research shows that 20 percent of patients with prescriptions do not get them filled. In addition, the time or cost required visiting a doctor to receive a prescription or refill often stops patients.

The FDA thinks that some doctors' visits can be eliminated.  It is exploring ways to make drugs for common conditions available as nonprescription products. Under this paradigm, the agency would approve drugs -- that would otherwise require a prescription -- for over-the-counter (OTC) distribution, if certain conditions are followed.

For example, before getting a medication, you might have to talk with a pharmacist, or need to have a diagnostic test. In other cases, you might have to visit a physician for original prescription, but not to get refills. FDA is also considering whether some drugs could be a prescription drug and a nonprescription drug with conditions of safe use.

Another scenario for enhancing self-care could involve pharmacists that could help consumers verify their diagnosis, or decide whether the medication is right.
Pharmacists could also reinforce directions for use,” said Woodcock.

Potential benefits for consumers from this initiative are: an increase in the appropriate use of medication, decreases in health costs, greater access to health screening, easier access to needed medications, and better, more consistent treatment of common conditions.

This mimic some of my patent Application with a pharmacist role expands as in the rest of the advanced world.
