Clergy...??

Rev. Creflo Dollar appealed in a video to "friends from around the world," soliciting donations to replace his current 1984 Gulfstream G-1159A Airplane.

Dollar said. "Just because the world doesn't have it, doesn't mean that you can't."
If you knew what we did, then you wouldn't ask  " What does a preacher need with an airplane?

A Gulfstream G650 [$65 million] can fly 18 passengers and four crew members. The jet comes with two Rolls-Royce engines, high-speed Internet and two multichannel satellites and allows for a four-and-a-half-hour commute from New York to Los Angeles.   It is the biggest, fastest, most luxurious, longest range and most technologically advanced jet by far.
The pastor has said the two incidents involving his old plane including one in which a mechanical failure caused the jet to skid off a runway in London while his wife and their three daughters were aboard have shown him it was time to turn to God for a new airplane.

Prosperity gospel is a theology that promises wealth and health to those who tithe 10% of their income to the church.

The people need to know what he does with a private airplane? and if   he can operate without it in God's Name.?

Judgement...

On April 15, 2013, at 2:49 PM, with more than 5,600 runners still in the race, two pressure-cooker bombs–packed with shrapnel and other materials hidden in backpacks, were placed on the ground amidst crowds of marathon-watchers–exploded within seconds of each other near the finish line along Boylston Street.

The blasts instantly turned the sun-filled afternoon into a gruesome scene of destruction and chaos. Three spectators died: a 23-year-old woman, a 29-year-old woman and an 8-year-old boy, while more than 260 other people were wounded. Sixteen people lost legs; the youngest amputee was a 7-year-old girl.

On April 18, at around 10:30, Sean Collier, a 27-year-old police officer at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, was shot dead in his patrol car on the school’s Cambridge campus.

They carjacked a Mercedes SUV at gunpoint, drove around with their hostage, forcing him to withdraw money from an ATM and discussing driving to New York City.

Police in the Watertown spotted the suspects in the stolen SUV. A gun battle broke out, exchanging fire with the police and hurling explosive devices at them. One officer was seriously injured.

Dzhokhar drove the stolen SUV straight at the police, running over his brother before speeding away

Awaiting the right judgment. Just a thought.

Gone Bananas??

Image is not related.

A federal judge ripped self-proclaimed “Banana King” Thomas Hoey Jr. as “a danger to the community” as he sentenced him to an additional 12 years  behind bars for his role in the 2009 death of Kimberly Calo, who overdosed on cocaine that Hoey supplied during a three-way sex romp.

“Thomas Hoey Jr. is a self-absorbed, self-pitying, selfish man who is a danger to the community,” “He preys on women …. The public needs to be protected from further crimes from his defendant.”

Members of Calo’s family weren’t buying the banana baron’s remorse. “he seems more sorry he got caught,” Calo’s brother, told the judge. “Every day this man is out he will continue this operation. Every day he is jail, he will not hurt another woman.”

Hoey also forced the other gal involved in the three-way hotel orgy, to lie to a grand jury about his role in the 41-year-old Calo’s death. She was convicted for lying to a grand jury, died of a coke overdose.

Hoey is currently serving 4 years in prison after being convicted of beating up current girlfriend Alison Bretherick in 2012

He was slapped with additional criminal charges for allegedly dipping into the pension fund at Long Island Banana Co. and using more than $800,000 of the cash to fund his lavish lifestyle.

Health-care scheme

 Blood Sample

Federal investigators say a small blood lab in New Jersey paid doctors kickbacks to send blood work to the lab as part of a $200 million health-care fraud scheme.

"There was an excess of a dozen doctors who actively participated in the scheme like there was nothing wrong with it," according to Scott Lampert, special agent in charge at Health and Human ‎Services. "This was in excess of a $200 million health-care fraud scheme one of the largest that I've ever seen," Lampert said.
They knowingly ordered unnecessary blood tests.

The lab's top guy, according to investigators, was making so much cash that he dropped millions on items including vintage cars, fancy homes and more.

An employee of Walmart, Mc Donald and others make $10/hour and support their families with minor support from the State just to keep their head above the water and here is Doctors, fortune enough to reach this level of social status and with income of hundred thousands of dollar /year, and still have the need to scam the Tax Payer.  What a Shame brought to the profession and their families.

Deport....

Going back: deporting foreign prisoners convicted of serious crimes after they have served their sentences has been government policy since 2006

24-year-old Algerian who moved to France in 2009, prosecutors said was already being watched because he had expressed interest in traveling to Syria, but intelligence had not yet found grounds to put him under strict surveillance. The man had been in contact with someone in Syria who directed him to attack a Paris church.
Authorities believe that the suspect was involved in the murder of a woman he had never met.  Police were able to connect her to the suspect using ballistics data.
The suspect directly contacted authorities because he needed an ambulance after allegedly shooting himself accidentally, officials said.
Medics and police found a trail of blood leading to his car. Inside the vehicle, investigators found guns, a bulletproof vest, a laptop computer, a USB key and notes on potential targets. A search of his apartment revealed more weapons and unspecified evidence linking him to religious extremism.
The suspect has been treated for his wounds in a nearby hospital but is not speaking with authorities, prosecutors said.

It's about time for certain people to lose their legal status to enter France.

Sarao....

Nanex chart showing trading during the Google flash crash

The Federal Bureau of Investigation said Navinder Singh Sarao, 37, was arrested Tuesday in the U.K. and charged with multiple counts of fraud.

Prosecutors say Sarao used illegal trading techniques that contributed to an abrupt stock market crash on May 6, 2010, when the Dow Jones industrial average fell 600 points in a matter of minutes before bouncing back.
The episode raised concerns about the underlying structure of the stock market and highlighted the dangers of so-called computer generated high-frequency trading.

According to the criminal complaint, Sarao flooded the market with multiple, large sell orders for futures contracts called E-Minis, which traders use to speculate on the direction of the S&P 500 index.

This created the appearance of heavy supply in the market and drove prices down. Sarao allegedly canceled most of the orders before they were executed.

He profited when the market fell and also when it rebounded by buying and selling futures contracts. On the day of the Flash Crash, the complaint says Sarao made nearly $9 million trading E-Minis. From 2010 to 2014, he allegedly made about $40 million.

He didn't pay the bond.. so the scam continue and so is jail.

Wrong hair...

Image result for Fbi agent false testimony on hair

The FBI is notifying hundreds of defendants in 46 states that their convictions involved flawed expert testimony. It now admits that nearly Every Examiner in an elite forensic unit overstated hair matches that favored prosecutors.

This is one of the country's largest-ever forensic scandals and includes dozens of death row convictions, reports CBS News correspondent Julianna Goldman.
Cleveland Wright spent 28 years behind bars serving time for a 1978 murder.  Wright was exonerated in 2014, but has not been compensated.

The Innocence Project and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers found from the 1970s through 1999, in 268 cases where FBI hair analysis led to a conviction, 257, or 96 percent, had errors in analysis.

Eighteen of those defendants were living on death row 12 had been executed.

"There's a certain aura about FBI agents. They are very sharp, and very trustworthy; it doesn't mean their experimentation was done properly," Kobilinsky said.
Errors do not mean there was no evidence of guilt, but defendants may have grounds for appeal.

Quack... OZ

In a letter to the college, the self-described "disgruntled" physicians wrote they are "surprised and dismayed" that Columbia University's College of Physicians and Surgeons would maintain Oz's faculty appointment, "let alone a senior administrative position in the Department of Surgery."the letter states."  Worst of all, he has manifested an egregious lack of integrity by promoting quack treatments and cures in the interest of personal financial gain."

Oz came under scrutiny during a U.S. Senate hearing that examined false diet-product ads.  Sen. Claire McCaskill grilled Oz, citing moments when he used his TV show to peddle green coffee extract as a "magic weight loss cure," and raspberry ketone as "the number one miracle in a bottle to burn your fat.

"Since that hearing Oz has not altered his methods as a TV doctor pushing scientifically unproven products to his massive audience. "But when an erudite, well-respected and highly trained physician goes on television with a huge audience and does the same thing, he has a vast potential to do harm, presenting these useless and potentially toxic supplements and magical cures," Ross said in a phone interview.

I don't know how much of this he actually has a financial interest in but I would suspect it's quite a bit,"    Oz talks up certain foods, drinks, supplements or other products often with little science to support them.

To stop the false advertisement, we must follow the money.  Just a thought.

Break Up is Hard....

Shayna Hubers enters Campbell District Court on Oct. 25 for a preliminary hearing on a charge of murder in the shooting death of Ryan Poston of Highland Heights.

Ryan Poston was supposed to be on a date with a beauty pageant champion on the night that his on-again, off-again girlfriend fatally shot him.

Audrey Bolte, Miss Ohio 2012, said she planned on meeting the 29-year-old attorney for drinks and to play pool on October 12, 2012, but he never showed up.
That night, Poston was shot six times, allegedly by Shayna Hubers, according to prosecutors. Hubers, now 24, is accused of one count of murder.

Prosecutors allege that she shot Poston out of anger after he tried to break up with her. Hubers has pleaded not guilty, saying Poston was frequently violent, and that she shot him in self-defense.

In the days before he died, Poston had expressed uncertainty about his relationship with Hubers and struggled to tell her about his date, his step-father said.

Hubers’ cellmate testified that Hubers seemed almost “carefree” when discussing the shooting. She laughed “about shooting [Poston] in the face and giving him the nose job he always wanted”.
Breaking up is hard to do.         Just a thought.

Who digs a pit....!

A cardiologist on Long Island’s Gold Coast traded semiautomatic guns and prescription pills in an elaborate plot to rub out a rival heart doc, (Reuters).  A New York cardiologist has been arrested and accused of a murder-for-hire plot against a competing doctor. The failed scheme was put into motion only after Anthony Moschetto, 54, hired two men to torch the competitor’s office in February.

A search of Moschetto’s ritzy home in the exclusive Sands Point neighborhood turned up a cache of some 100 weapons, concealed behind a motorized moving bookshelf in the heart doc’s basement, the Nassau County District Attorney’s office said. Among his secret arsenal were an illegal Uzi, an SKS semiautomatic weapon, a hand grenade, an assortment of knives and enough ammo to supply a small army.

He was accused of bartering prescription pills and semiautomatic guns in the shocking murder-for-hire plot.
“He wanted to put rival out of business so he could get his business,” said Nassau County prosecutor Anne Donnelly, explaining that Moschetto’s hatred for the doctor stemmed from a “professional dispute.”

Undercover officers conducting a drug sting unraveled the sinister plot when an oxycodone dealer they were targeting ask them for explosives “to blow up a building.”

He who digs a pit will fall into it, And he who rolls a stone, it will come back on him.

Which Marco?

Idea Light Bulb With Clipping Path : Stock Photo

All politicians are a combination of the principle and calculation. One candidate's ideological stand is another's craven surrender. Sometimes it's even hard for supporters to tell the difference.

Yet this dichotomy within Rubio seems especially stark. At his best, the junior senator demonstrates that his party is more than a collection of oppositionists and ideologues.

Rubio has earned a reputation for policy ideas that are more pragmatic than partisan, starting with legislation he sponsored in 2013 that would have given 11 million undocumented immigrants an eventual path to citizenship.

Rubio's tax-reform proposals may be budget-busters, but at least his inclusion of bigger middle-class tax credits acknowledges that such reform must include goals other than cutting the top personal rate.

And his proposal for automatic income-based repayments of student loans would help ensure that nobody goes broke because of college debt.

Last year, Rubio gave a speech focused on improving the financial security of older Americans. It included proposals to end the Social Security clawback for those who work after turning 62, and ending the Social Security tax altogether for people who keep working after they reach retirement age. Those ideas are as good as they are dull.

There's another Marco Rubio. The one who abandoned his position on immigration when his party's base demanded it, who says human activity isn't to blame for climate change, whose positions on foreign policy opposing efforts to engage Cuba, for example reflect an outdated view of the world and of U.S. power.

As Rubio's campaign progresses, it will be interesting to see which version predominates. A talented politician, Rubio is capable of being both thoughtful and reckless. There's no question which quality makes for a better president.

Kind Bars 'healthy'??????????

nutritional supplements

The FDA issued a warning that Kind Bars misleading consumers by using the word "healthy" on labels of four products.  "None of your products listed above meet the requirements for use of the nutrient content claim "healthy" that are set forth........" wrote William A. Correll Jr. of the FDA New York District. Correll cited misbranding issues related to product label claims about fiber, antioxidants, trans-fats and non-GMO glucose.

"The above violations are not meant to be an all-inclusive list of violations that may exist in connection with your products or their labeling. It is your responsibility to ensure that your products comply with the Act and its implementing regulations," the letter said. "You should take prompt action to correct the violations. Failure to promptly correct the violations may result in regulatory action without further notice, including seizure and/or injunction."
A company spokesman, Joe Cohen, said the issue focused on nuts. Even though they do not meet the standard for use of the term "healthy," they are still considered nutritious by an overwhelming body of scientific evidence, Cohen said.

Just because a company claims its products are healthy, doesn't make it true.

Helping Yourself?

US-Poverty.jpg

A home health care worker, a McDonald’s cashier, a bank teller, and adjunct professor. They are all evidence of an improving economy and not among the steadily declining ranks of the unemployed.

Nearly three-quarters of the people helped by programs geared to the poor are members of a family headed by a worker. As a result, taxpayers are providing not only support to the poor but also, in effect, a huge subsidy for employers of low-wage workers.

One report estimates that state and federal governments spend more than $150 billion a year on four key antipoverty programs used by working families: Medicaid, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families, food stamps and the earned-income tax credit, which is specifically aimed at working families.

The low-wage business model practiced by many of the largest and most profitable employers in the country leaves many working families unable to afford the basics, and also imposes significant costs on the public as a whole.

Other states, as well as several cities, have moved to raise the minimum wage above $10, while local activists demand $15 an hour. It doesn't matter though.

The US economic system and its balance require exactly this arrangement. Poor people working these jobs and get public assistance. Certain services are high cost for no reason except balance. Example, healthcare premium can cost as much as 10K/per year in USA while other Countries cost 3k with better service.

So don't look down at no one, and no one would wish you fail. Just a thought.

the Support...*!

John Booker Jr. struck others as strange or even troubled but also as a young man not shy about discussing his faith or debating Islamic philosophy at the mosque.
But the 20-year-old Topeka resident told a confidante informant that he wasn't liked at his mosque because he expressed support for the terrorist group al-Qaida - views that would have gotten him barred. The cleric said the FBI brought Booker to the mosque and sought counseling to turn him from views behind Facebook postings about plans to die in a jihad.
Booker was in contact with two informants portraying Islamic State group sympathizers. He was arrested trying to arm a 1,000-pound bomb outside Fort Riley.
Kansas' top federal prosecutor also charged another Topeka man, Alexander Blair, 28, with failing to report Booker's plans to authorities.  He loaned Booker money to rent space to build and store a bomb.         Remove the support. Just a thought.

Don't Shush...

Rand Paul is pictured. | AP Photo

The controversy began when Paul grew curt with "Today" show anchor Savannah Guthrie.   She pressed him on shifts in his positions over the years, Paul accused her of editorializing. Paul was also abrasive when AP reporter Philip Elliot asked him about apparent contradictions in his positions on abortion legislation.

They recall when Paul shushed CNBC anchor Kelly Evans earlier this year.

By Wednesday evening, Paul was telling CNN's Wolf Blitzer, "I think I've been universally short tempered and testy with both male and female reporters. I'll own up to that."

In her interview with Paul on Wednesday, Kelly, who hosts a primetime show on Fox News, defended Evans and Guthrie for their line of questioning and admonished Paul.
"Those women were not yelling at you," Kelly told Paul.

Some may contended that Paul's interactions could be construed as sexist.

Rupert Murdoch, the billionaire mogul who counts Fox News among his media assets, has made no secret of his affinity for the senator. Paul has made more appearances on Fox News than any other Republican presidential contender.
The senator is on better terms with the Fox News community than his father.

Officer, Michael Slager, 33, said he had feared for his life because ......... a scuffle after a traffic stop. A video shows the officer firing eight times as the man, Walter L. Scott, 50, fled. At that point, the officer was not in fear of his life from the victim.

Officer Slager stopped the driver of a Mercedes-Benz with a broken taillight. Mr. Scott ran away, and the officer chased him into a grassy lot that abuts a muffler shop. He fired his Taser, an electronic stun gun, but it did not stop Mr. Scott, according to police reports.
Moments after the struggle, Officer Slager reported on his radio: “Shots fired and the subject is down. He took my Taser,” according to police reports.

The officer then runs back toward where the initial scuffle occurred and picks something up off the ground. Moments later, he drops an object near Mr. Scott’s body.

No Narcotics no dead body in the car. A young officer killed an older man. Something is wrong here. Too much taxes used to pay police force to ensure no car with a broken taillight?

We don't need more training of police officers. We need a change of policies of using force arresting someone for minor fractions.

Follow the Money.... Healthcare

A report issued Wednesday says that the most recent official projections indicate that the U.S. will spend $2.5 trillion less on health care from 2014 until 2019 than had been originally estimated at the time the Affordable Care Act [ACA] became law in 2010.

That represents a nearly 11 percent decrease in projected spending, according to the report issued by the Urban Institute.

Nearly half of the decrease in projections comes from lower spending estimates for Medicare and Medicaid.

While the exact impact of the ACA cannot be determined, it is clear that the nation has successfully expanded health coverage to Eleven Millions, and is now expected to spend considerably less than anticipated even before the law was enacted."
Kathy Hempstead, who directs coverage issues for the RWJ Foundation, said, "The impact of health reform on this slowdown, and whether it can be maintained, are very important issues."

This is a win/win/win program. More covered, Less utilized, and Surplus. Every turn you find Obama care beneficial. Opponents are crushed.

Young Manipulate...

Love triangle

Stevens was a marketing manager at a dating service called Perfect Match, supervised Nourn. She was [18 yo.] in a "very intense" relationship with then-35-year-old, [with a wife and two kids] whom she met after seeing his profile on the Internet.

Barker wasn't available for her that holiday evening, so Nourn decided not to waste the evening, she'll try Stevens, spent the evening and part of the night with him.  During which [one thing led to another] she had sex at his place.

After leaving, Nourn returned to her home, and was confronted by an angry Barker. She told him she was and had sex with Stevens, but then she said he raped her. Barker wanted to end their relationship, but Nourn begged him not to. Her plan is to get him to leave his wife and be with  her and jealousy was the way.

Nourn chose to go along with a plan to kill Stevens and burn his body in his car, the prosecutor said. That should wipe the past and start fresh with her lover. She returned to Stevens' apt. and tricked him about car trouble.

After the murder, Nourn moved in with Barker, the mistress, the wife, and the kids for a while. She still wasn't able to manipulate the system as she wanted.

Nourn decided she has no use for Barker any more, she has the upper hand so she went to the police to report the murder and put it on him. She got caught, and her manipulation process of getting red of men one after the other failed miserably. One dead, two in jail and families destroyed.

True to yourself.

Image result for Pharmacy Cartoon

Roman Catholic nuns and brothers in robes along with conservative activists and lawmakers, all surrounded Gov. Mike Pence of Indiana as he signed  religious freedom law. Smiling and proud, some of them had cheered the bill as a way to protect religious business owners from having to provide cakes and flowers to same-sex weddings.

Later, the state’s top Republican legislative leaders announced they were changing the law to specify that it will not authorize discrimination because of sexual orientation or gender identity. A different cast stood behind them, including a prominent gay businessman and corporate leaders from Eli Lilly, the Indiana Pacers........

The winds have shifted swiftly, leaving some Conservative Christian leaders unsettled and uncertain about what may come next for religious freedom state laws.

Here is what's coming:
"'Let me take the speck out of your eye,' and behold, the log is in your own eye? 5"You hypocrite.......
"For in the way you judge, you will be judged; and by your standard of measure, it will be measured to you.…"
"Treat others the same way you want them to treat you.
"for all have sinned and fall short "
Count on it.    Just a thought.

Less Pasta

When Pope Francis began his speech, an aide attempted once again to make the child return to his seat.

Pope Francis is being warned by Italian doctors to “eat less pasta, walk more often, and lose a little weight to take some strain off his aching back,”.

The workaholic 78-year-old Francis, who’s not been shy about his love of pizza and who typically rises at 4:30 a.m. to start his busy days, also admitted in his Holy Thursday homily that he’s just exhausted.

Last month, Francis suggested he, too, had retirement on his mind when he told the Mexican broadcast outlet Televisa that he felt his papacy would last only “four or five years …

An overbooked, stressful schedule has forced Francis to miss his daily walks, and the weight gain has made the pope fatigued and is causing him back issues. A healthier diet and more regular exercise should help with all of his health issues, according to the doctors.

You may be the "Pope" of your family, so that is what you have to do.

Newly Wed-II

Police in Washington, D.C., arrested a woman in connection with the killing of a lawyer who was found stabbed to death inside a district hotel room.
Police charged Jamyra Gallmon, 21, with first-degree felony murder while armed in connection with the death of David Messerschmitt. His body was found inside a room at the Donovan Hotel 2/2010.

Messerschmitt, 30, had sent a text message to his wife the day before his body was discovered, saying he'd be home in an hour.  But when the newlywed didn't return to his home in Capitol Hill, his wife, Kim Vuong, filed a missing persons report.

Police didn't say what evidence led investigators to charge Gallmon but said they believe she was pictured in a surveillance video released by police. She will appear in court soon.

Last week, Vuong asked for help finding her husband's alleged killer,  "In one day, I lost the most important person in my life and the man I loved so much," she said.

PHOTO: Anthony Stokes was killed during a police chase.

Anthony Stokes, 17, was driving a car that matched the description of a car used to flee a home burglary, in which a masked person allegedly shot a gun at an 81-year-old woman who was home, Roswell Police spokeswoman Officer Lisa Holland told ABC News.
The driver allegedly refused to stop, and they chased him. "The car lost control at an intersection, ran over a curb, hit a pedestrian and ran into big, metal pole," Holland said.
Stokes had an enlarged heart in 2013 and was given six months to live without a heart transplant. At the time, doctors said they wouldn't give him a transplant because of "noncompliance," which means they didn't think he could be trusted to follow medical directions.
His mother told ABC News, at the time, that she thought doctors made their decision to deny Anthony because he had low grades and trouble with the law.   Stokes died from injuries sustained in the crash.                   Why running from the police? It always end badly.
