Medical Marijauana...?
Governor Cuomo has made it clear he doesn’t want the bill to legalize medical marijuana in the state to go up in smoke, he just wants to make certain it isn’t administered in any smokable form.
That’s one of the stumbling blocks holding up passage of the measure. The state senate worked late as leaders conferred with the Governor to reach some compromise.
The Assembly approved it, and it was expected to breeze through the Senate until the Governor said he feared the measure in its current form would wreak havoc unless major changes were made. He doesn’t want it administered through smoking the weed. It could be given orally.
No need for any delay since it impact the patients' lives. Marijuana's side effect [Smoked or not]looks great compared to Chemotherapy treatment.
Physician visit, Co-Pay, Insurance Premium, Pharmacy, Co-Pay or a dispensary, Manufacturing, Distributors, DEA, Court system, etc. So let us make it simple, not a money maker on the backs of those who needs it. Let us put the patients comfort first, make sure it is low cost product for the patient who is or isn't on Government's assistant.
Just a [simple] thought.
