Netanyahu's UN....

Netanyahu at UN
Kids playing around rocket launcher.

Hamas' immediate goal is to destroy Israel, but has a wider goal the same as ISIS," the prime minister said. "ISIS and Hamas are branches of the same poisonous tree. When it comes to their ultimate goals: Hamas is ISIS and ISIS is Hamas."

Israel “was doing everything to minimize civilian casualties. Hamas was doing everything to maximize civilian casualties” by placing its rocket launchers in homes, schools and children’s playgrounds, he said.

The PM also blasted the UN Human Right Council, which sends “a clear message to terrorists to use civilians as human shields by condemning Israel’s actions in Gaza.

Israel's fight against Hamas is world's fight against militantism,". "The fight against militant Islam is indivisible. That's why Israel's fight against Hamas is your fight. Israel is fighting what your countries might be force to fight tomorrow."

Hamas, Islamic State, Hezbollah and other militant Islam organizations "all share a fanatic ideology. They seek to create ever expanding enclaves of militant Islam. Where there is no freedom or tolerance," Netanyahu warned.

"The Nazis believed in a master race. The militant Islamists believe in a master faith."

Netanyahu enjoyed applause when he reiterated Israel's position that "Iran's nuclear capabilities must be fully dismantled."

Obama's New Plan...

President Barack Obama delivered a call to the peaceful Muslim world to be more forceful in countering the violent extremism of the Islamic State and Al Qaeda.

“It is time for the world – especially Muslim communities – to explicitly, forcefully, and consistently reject the ideology of Al Qaeda and ISIL,”. “It is the task of all great religions to accommodate devout faith with a modern, multicultural world.
No children – anywhere – should be educated to hate other people.”

“There should be no more tolerance of so-called clerics who call upon people to harm innocents because they are Jewish, Christian or Muslim,” Obama said. “It is time for a new compact among the civilized peoples of this world to eradicate war at its most fundamental source, the corruption of young minds by violent ideology.”

“That means cutting off the funding that fuels this hate. It’s time to end the hypocrisy of those who accumulate wealth through the global economy, and then siphon funds to those who teach children to tear it down, Obama said. “That means contesting the space that terrorists occupy – including the Internet and social media. Their propaganda has coerced young people to travel abroad to fight their wars, and turned students into suicide bombers. We must offer an alternative vision.”

Obama said people of different faiths should come together to speak out against this worldview.

He stressed that there is no way to negotiate with the Islamic State, murders innocent children, rapes women and young girls, starves religious minorities to death and beheads hostages on camera.

No God condones this terror. No grievance justifies these actions. There can be no reasoning – no negotiation – with this brand of evil. The only language understood by killers like this is the language of force,” Obama said.

This is rather a warning to many oil rich nations that support terrorism.

Simple...*!

Image result for healthy eating

One-third of US adults are currently obese. Japan and India's, obesity rates fall below five percent.
While national obesity rates depend on many factors, they probably have a lot to do with lifestyle and culture, including what people eat and how they eat it.

With globalization, some foods and eating habits have migrated around the world (for better or for worse). For example, les steaks hachés sounds like a typical French food, but it’s actually the meaty part of Le Big Mac (and hardly part of traditional cuisine).

Japan- It’s all in the presentation. We all know about the health benefits of seafood (omega-3s!) and veggies. One unexpected habit to steal from Japanese eating culture is the emphasis placed on food’s appearance. Small portions and colorful, seasonal vegetables make for a visually appealing and healthy plate. The small portions may help to keep calories in check, while bright veggies provide a range of healthy vitamins and minerals.

Mexico- Traditional Mexican culture includes, a mid-day feast that’s the largest in the day not dinner.

Beans definitely deserve the title of “superfood” due to their high levels of protein, fiber, and vitamins. Go for dried or low-sodium canned beans for a healthier burrito.

Cosmetic-2...

Plastic surgery in South Korea has become so successful that some overseas patients are struggling to get through passport control on their way home after the operations

America is a country obsessed with plastic surgery. Americans dished out an estimated $12 billion on cosmetic enhancements last year alone.

Seoul, South Korea is a foreign city where plastic surgery is even more extreme than here in the U.S.     Roughly 7.5 million people have traveled to this plastic surgery mecca to get work done, where there is an entire district filled with plastic surgery clinics.
A staggering one in five South Korean women has had cosmetic work done, compared to about one in 20 American women.
Jessica, a 33-year-old property manager for a real estate company 6,000 miles away in Los Angeles, flew to Seoul to undergo her own plastic surgery overhaul.
“I just always feel like my eyes were never big enough. I used to even get made fun of when I was little for having ‘Asian eyes,’” Jessica said. “I think the results will be better in Korea because they know the Asian face better.”
“In high school, my first procedure was getting this double eyelid crease put in, and it made my eyes so much bigger. I remember how exciting that was,” she said. “Just recently, I had my nose done by a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon, sort of a plastic surgeon to the stars ... but it’s still not what I’m looking for.

It is very hard to realize that you can't live your life as you... but you feel the desperate need to continue changing your features.  Just a thought.

UAE Female Pilot...!!!..

PHOTO:Mariam Al Mansouri, the first Emirati female fighter jet pilot, gives the thumbs up as she sits in the cockpit of an aircraft in United Arab Emirates June 13, 2013.

The first female fighter pilot for the United Arab Emirates led the mission when that country joined the United States and other allies in airstrikes against ISIS over Syria earlier this week.

Maj. Mariam Al Mansouri graduated flight school in 2007 and was one of the first three to join the Emirati air force when it admitted women. She flew an F-16 Desert Falcon on Monday night.
“The U.S. tanker pilots called in for air refueling and asked for the UAE mission, and when they heard a female voice on the other side, they actually paused for about 20 seconds, radio silence,” he said.
Mansouri, 35, was born in Abu Dhabi and graduated from collage with a degree in English literature. Her love of country and a passion for challenge and competition drew her to aviation.  She is the first in this part of the world and a pioneer.

Un-Rest...

strip club
Three Afghan soldiers in US to participate in a military training at Joint Base Cape Cod went missing.
They visited Cape Cod Mall in Hyannis, MA, on an off-base trip meant to "introduce them to cultural aspects of American life,"

They were at a strip club called Zachary's Pub the night before they disappeared. Zachary's Pub touts itself as "Cape Cod's only Gentleman's Club."  "features all-nude exotic entertainment, pool tables, Keno, full menu and $4 draft beer. Open every day, with continuous entertainment from noon - 1 a.m. Couples are welcome!”
The three soldiers were apprehended after trying to cross the border into Canada and presented themselves for asylum.

No Mall, beach, entertainment, music, dancing, movies, diversity, tolerance, certain cloths, walk safely in the street, girls' education or jobs,... may be the cause of all this hate and conflict in Afghanistan. So what is it?

Just a thought.

Moral...?

Predator drone aircraft

“US military and partner nation forces have begun striking Isil targets in Syria using mix of fighters, bombers and Tomahawk missiles,” said the Pentagon press secretary. France has already openly joined the US strikes in Iraq.

"The Americans had informed the Syrian representative at the UN that strikes would be carried out against the terrorist organisation in Raqa," according to state television.

This wave of strikes is intended to weaken it, ensuring that it faces a pincer movement from both Syria and Iraq forces. Stopping the flow of money, eliminate its ability to move and counter its Media propaganda is the way to go.

Now some Arab Countries are providing money and support, others bombing them, in order to stop their advancement, so what is it?.       Just a thought.

Made in ...?!

It's the Hat.
As labor costs have risen and currency appreciated, China is slowly losing work to countries like Bangladesh, Vietnam, etc. at least for cheaper, labor-intensive goods like casual clothes, toys and simple electronics.

For DBL Group, employs 9,000 people making T-shirts and other knitwear, business has been so good that the company is finishing a new 10-story building with open floors the size of soccer fields, planted with row after row of sewing machines.

The company that handles sourcing and apparel manufacturing for companies like Wal-Mart and Liz Claiborne, reported that its production in Bangladesh jumped 20 percent last year, while China, slid 5 percent.

Bangladesh is the third-biggest exporter of clothing after China, and Turkey [WTO] and could probably absorb many more of China’s 20 million garment industry jobs as the Chinese workers demand higher salaries.

With many counterfeit product from China, a small change in the label is a huge business to others " Made in Bangladesh."

She alleged that an unknown male passenger spat on her and threatened her with bodily harm, causing her to fear for her life during her employment with the NYCTA as a bus operator.

She told a transit shrink she couldn’t work because of “anxiety and avoidant behavior when boarding and traveling on a bus”.  Claimed not doing any type of work and couldn’t exercise.

She posted photos of herself on Facebook and Instagram driving around a van with “Celebrities Mobile Boutique’’ painted on it, peddling necklaces, etc. in Harlem.

She was busted and charged with grand larceny after netting $84,000 in workers’ comp since her 2012 “breakdown.’’

After her arrest, she posted a photo of herself in one of her skirts bragging, “Today was grrrreaat!!!!!  “Shout out to all my #celebutants for your support. Now let’s see what tomorrow brings, I’m making a few skirts tonight, since I sold out today,” she wrote.

She could and should get 15 years on the grand-larceny of the public funds charge.

Alibaba... Don't Buy it..!!

Investors should steer clear of Alibaba, valuation expert Aswath Damodaran said.

Investors are not getting a piece of a company, but getting a piece of a shell that owns a company where a politburo, basically, sets the board of directors. To pay fair price and get treated as a second-class citizen  is not a good deal.

Investors marry companies and have to be in for the long term. But in this case it is scary that investors have absolutely no power over how this company run, or what happens in the future.

It's a merchandising company that does it really well, has made a lot of money in China, but can't attach a $250 or $300 billion value.

Alibaba became more China-focused in the last year than less China-focused.

It's never been a particularly innovative company.

Jack Ma has power for life?

Add to all this, the Chinese market is to a great extent ambiguous.

Just a thought.
