Studies increasingly show a link between diet and both physical and mental health.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO)Trusted Source, following a healthy diet throughout life can not only protect against malnutrition, but can also reduce the risk of noncommunicable diseases, such as diabetes, heart disease, stroke and cancer.

The WHO advises that a healthy diet includes: fruit, vegetables, nuts, Beans and whole grains

The Mediterranean diet which emphasizes intake of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, Beans, and olive oil, while limiting meat, dairy and ultra processed foods, may be particularly beneficial for brain health.

 The study, published in Gut Microbes Reports, suggests that not only did the Mediterranean diet change gut microbiota and improve serum lipid levels, it also improved memory and cognition.

The International sanctions against Syria are a series of economic sanctions and restrictions imposed on Syria which was under the Ba'athist regime at that time by the European Union, the United States, Canada, Australia, and Switzerland, mainly as a result of the repression of civilians in the Syrian civil war from 2011 ...

Saudi Arabia urged top European diplomats at a gathering Sunday to lift sanctions against Syria to boost rebuilding the country and its economy after last month’s overthrow of President Bashar Assad.

European and Middle Eastern diplomats met in the Saudi capital Riyadh to discuss Syria’s future. 

The U.S. and European countries have been wary over the Islamist roots of Syria’s new rulers, the former insurgents who drove Assad out of power and have said ending sanctions depends on the progress of the political transition.

During President Biden's time, no one asked the standard questions like what are we doing in Syria, and what did we achieve.  What did we replace the president of Syria with? For fourteen years, the USA placed sanctions on Syria which destroyed its economy and led half of the country to flee hunger and war and became refugees.

Or why we're supplying so much money/Weapons, Cluster Bombs to the Ukraine to continue the war with death and misery all around it.

And last what cost the US and World inflation as the Administration placed additional sanctions on Russian oil and Natural gas which the President himself said "this is going to be real". Food shortage.  Just a thought.

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis was ordered to pay over $20,000 to a conservative watchdog group.

The order to pay originated from an open records case from the conservative group Judicial Watch. The group asked Willis's office to provide it with documents pertaining to possible communications with Department of Justice special counsel Jack Smith, who led a separate investigation into Trump's actions surrounding his efforts to overturn the results of the 2020 election with the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol.

Earlier this month, Superior Court of Fulton County Judge Robert McBurney ruled that Willis's office violated Judicial Watch’s open records request by categorizing identifying responsive documents as exempt from the request but previously said none of these documents existed.

"Even if the records prove to be just that — exempt from disclosure for sound public policy reasons — this late revelation is a patent violation of the ORA. And for none of this is there any justification, substantial or otherwise: no one searched until prodded by civil litigation," he wrote
