A new poll showed poor results if Democrats decide to run anyone from the Biden-Harris administration against former President Donald Trump.

A polling memo from BlueLabs Analytics, which concluded just before the Saturday assassination attempt, surveyed 15,000 voters across seven battleground states. 

The findings, obtained by Politico, are sure to give fuel to rivals of President Joe Biden within the Democratic Party, finding that nearly every other Democrat tested performed better than him in a matchup with former President Donald Trump.

The attempt to assassinate former President Trump during his rally in Pennsylvania has a deep religious meaning.

Ohio Sen. J.D. Vance quickly pinned blame on President Joe Biden's campaign following a shooting Saturday at former President Donald Trump's rally in Pennsylvania.

"Today is not just some isolated incident," Vance posted on X about two hours after the incident. "The central premise of the Biden campaign is that President Donald Trump is an authoritarian fascist who must be stopped at all costs. That rhetoric led directly to President Trump's attempted assassination."
