Cannot..

The Supreme Court restored former President Donald Trump to the Colorado primary ballot in a unanimous ruling, according to the Associated Press.

The court’s majority ruled that only Congress can enforce the Constitution’s ban on insurrectionists serving in federal office.
"[The] responsibility for enforcing Section 3 against federal officeholders and candidates rests with Congress and not the States,” the court’s majority opinion said. "We conclude that States may disqualify persons holding or attempting to hold state office."
The court ruled 9-0 that Colorado cannot remove Trump from the ballot, only five of the justices held that the only way to enforce Section 3 of the 14th Amendment is through Congressional action, court expert Steve Vladeck explained, while four of the justices would have stopped at barring a state from disqualifying a presidential candidate.

WeightWatchers shares plummeted nearly 25% Thursday after slimmed-down media mogul Oprah Winfrey announced she was leaving the diet company’s board to “eliminate any perceived conflict of interest around her taking weight-loss medications.”

Winfrey, who had admitted to using a weight-loss drug as a “maintenance tool” a few months ago, said she would donate her 1.4% stake in the company — – reportedly worth about $12 million — to the National Museum of African American History and Culture during the company’s open trading window next month.

The Republican-led Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic specifically wants to question Cuomo’s controversial March 25, 2020, state order that required nursing homes to take in COVID-19 positive patients if they were able toThe Associated Press reported a year later that, as a result, more than 9,000 COVID-19 patients were transferred into nursing homes between March and May 2020.
Two investigations by New York Attorney General Letitia James and Comptroller Tom DiNapoli found the Cuomo administration under-counted the number of nursing home residents who died in the early months of the pandemic.
“This misguided decision effectively admitted thousands of COVID-19 positive patients into nursing homes, causing predictable but deadly consequences for New York’s most vulnerable,”
With the death of 15,000 elderly,  no one was held accountable. It seems to me that some conspire to hide the facts.
