Know..

Russian President Vladimir Putin has reacted angrily after President Biden agreed in an interview that the Kremlin leader was "a killer."
"It takes one to know one," Putin said on national television, adding that the children's taunt had a "very deep meaning." People often see themselves reflected in others, Putin said, suggesting that Biden was projecting on him American guilt for slavery and the treatment of Native Americans.
Biden's off-hand comment in an interview with ABC News has ended months of tight-lipped anticipation in Moscow about where relations might head under the new administration. Hopes were not particularly high for the relationship, which Putin said in November was so spoiled that it couldn't be spoiled any more.  Just a thought.

Grudge..

Whether Joe Biden personally profited from Hunter Biden’s influence-peddling has yet to be proved, but it certainly seems as though every person involved in the transactions was aware of the president’s role.
A text message Hunter Biden sent in 2017 to a Chinese business associate allegedly confirms as much:
"I am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled. Tell the director that I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand, and now means tonight. And, Z, if I get a call or text from anyone involved in this other than you, Zhang, or the chairman, I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direction. I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father.”
Hunter Biden was a self-destructive crack addict who tried to write off prostitutes on his tax returns. He had nothing to offer besides his father’s name, which he did, over and over again.
And now, he’s the fall guy inorder to distract from the fact that this was a family affair. Maybe that’s why the president is “very proud” of his son. [The Washington Enquirer.]

Spirited..

Lance Armstrong is widely considered one of the most prolific cheaters on the planet after he was stripped of his seven Tour de France titles for doping throughout his career.
But in a wild turn of events, he is now pretending to care about “fairness” in sports.
This week, Lance Armstrong posted a series of tweets in which the disgraced cyclist called for a “spirited debate” about whether or not it is fair for transgender women to compete in women’s sports and teasing a new series where he claims he will “dive into this issue with an open mind.”

Improved self-esteem is a key psychological benefit of regular physical activity

Endorphins trigger a positive feeling in the body, is often described as "euphoric."
That feeling, known as a "runner's high," can be accompanied by a positive and energizing outlook on life.
Endorphins manufactured in your brain, spinal cord, and many other parts of your body and are released in response to brain chemicals called neurotransmitters.

The neuron receptors endorphins bind to are the same ones that bind some pain medicines.

Blinking..

Blinken’s statement ruffled the feathers of many Republicans in Congress, who viewed the statement – and the secretary’s inability to re-establish military-to-military communications – as an inappropriate kowtow to America’s greatest adversary.

Blinken flew to Communist China to appease Xi Jinping and state the Biden administration does not support Taiwan’s independence.”

The Taiwan issue is among the most contentious in the US-China relationship, with Xi making it his No. 1 priority to “reunite” Taiwan with China, though the island about 100 miles off the country’s southeastern coast has never actually been part of it.

Before Blinkin can come from China, the President declared that China"s Xi is a dictator. Is the President want to smooth the relationship with China?

What did Blinken said in his meeting with Xi? Is that highly classified?
