Brain...
Working out regularly really does change the brain biology, and it is not just “go walk and you will just feel better.” Regular exercise, especially cardio, does change the brain.
Contrary to what some may think, the brain is a very plastic organ. Not only are new neuronal connections formed every day, but also new cells are generated in important areas of the brain. One key area is the hippocampus, which is involved in learning and memory and regulating negative emotions.
Molecule called brain-derived neurotrophic factor helps the brain produce neurons, or brain cells. A variety of aerobic and high-intensity interval training exercises significantly increase BDNF levels.
Moderate exercise also seems to have anti-inflammatory effects, regulating the immune system and excessive inflammation. This is important, given the new insight neuroscience is gaining into the potential role of inflammation in anxiety and depression.
Finally, there is evidence for the positive effects of exercise on the neurotransmitters—brain chemicals that send signals between neurons—dopamine and endorphins. Both of these are involved in positive mood and motivation.

475...
There have been a higher-than-expected number of cases of heart inflammation in 16- to 24-year-olds after receiving their second dose of Pfizer's or Moderna's Covid-19 vaccines.
There have been 275 reported cases in that age group as of May 31, according to a CDC presentation that was prepared for a Food and Drug Administration advisory panel meeting. Scientists expected between 10 and 102 cases of myocarditis or pericarditis — where the heart muscle or the lining surrounding it are inflamed, according to the CDC.
Also, there have been a total of 475 reported cases of myocarditis or pericarditis in people age 30 and younger, according to the CDC.
Most patients who were hospitalized, or 81% of them, had full recovery from their symptoms, the agency said. As of May 31, 15 people remain hospitalized, with three in intensive care.
The majority of cases appear to occur in men and the median time to the onset of symptoms is two to three days, according to the CDC.
What is missing here is how many were vaccinated who are under the age of 30 years old?
Just a thought.

Who is leading who? Who has the louder voice? Who is right and who is wrong.
Here is a song for all.
Civil War
Look at your women crying
Look at your young men dying
The way they've always done before
Look at the fear we're feeding
Look at the lives we're leading
The way we've always done before

Do we spy on China as they do to us?
