To Pee...
Many patients, practice the “just in case” pee. This strategy can be helpful for people with urinary incontinence issues because they will leak less. But for otherwise healthy adults, this practice can be potentially problematic.
It can send a message to your brain that this is a correct volume for your bladder to have the sensation of needing to urinate, almost training your bladder to have to void at smaller volumes.
There are a few things you can do to help recalibrate your bladder. It is very important to stay well hydrated and to avoid bladder irritants, including caffeine, carbonation, and spicy and acidic foods and drinks.
When you avoid these irritants, it helps your bladder be less sensitive so it can hold more urine. You can also ‘train’ your bladder by trying to avoid urination with the first urge by doing a Kegel exercise. This may cause the bladder to relax and be able to delay voiding.

Former Democratic Presidents Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton used their speeches to tout Joe Biden's legacy on health care and economic proposals.
Carter called Biden "the right person for this moment in our nation’s history. He understands that honesty and dignity are essential traits that determine not only our vision but our actions. More than ever, that’s what we need."
Meanwhile, Clinton said Biden is "committed to building America back again."

For a moment, Minneapolis had the most dramatic plan for police reform in the United States. In June, as the nation rose up in protest after a Minneapolis police officer killed George Floyd, the city council unanimously voted to disband the city’s police entirely and start anew.

Kristi Noem, Governor
Unemployed South Dakota residents will not see a $300 federal boost in weekly jobless benefits after Gov. Kristi Noem opted to turn down President Donald Trump's executive offer.
"South Dakota's economy, having never been shut down, has recovered nearly 80% of our job losses," Noem, a vocal supporter of the President, said in a statement on Friday. "South Dakota is open for business -- that applies to our business owners and their employees."
In an executive action announced last weekend, Trump said the federal government would provide the jobless with a $300 payment, using $44 billion in disaster relief money from the Federal Emergency Management Agency. The move came after Congress failed to extend its unemployment supplement, which expired at the end of July after providing the unemployed with $600 a week for four months.
But states would have to accept the Trump administration's offer, which would require they create a new payment system since it's not part of the existing unemployment program.
