The controversial arrangement by the U.S. Air Force to refuel at a Scottish airport near President Trump’s Turnberry golf resort apparently was signed under the Obama administration, according to multiple reports.
The details emerged as the Air Force was called to explain a March stopover in the Scottish resort -- with Democrats on the House Oversight Committee writing to Acting Defense Secretary Patrick Shanahan as part of their investigation into alleged conflicts of interest by the president. The twist revealing that the airport deal predates his administration could boost Trump's case.

It also reported that the contract with the Prestwick Airport was in fact signed during the Obama administration. The Washington Post also reported that the airport was sending visiting crews to Trump’s course before he ran for president.

Jessie Liu has recommended moving forward with charges against Andrew McCabe, Fox News has learned, as the Justice Department rejects a last-ditch appeal from the former top FBI official and current CNN contributor.
McCabe -- the former deputy and acting director of the FBI -- appealed the decision of the U.S. attorney for Washington all the way up to Jeffrey Rosen, the deputy attorney general, but he rejected that request, according to a person familiar with the situation.
The potential charges relate to DOJ inspector general findings against him regarding misleading statements concerning a Hillary Clinton-related investigation.

On August 13th, we celebrate left-handed people around the globe.
All year long leftys live in a predominantly right-handed world, clumsily confirming to standards and products designed for the majority. But on Left Handers Day, the world acknowledges the advantages of being left-handed.
More common objects you might not realize are designed for right-handed use, like kitchen gadgets, computer mice, and doors. Most people don’t think twice about it, but leftys must learn to adapt.
Leftys experienced lower rates of arthritis and ulcers. They have the athletic advantage in certain sports like baseball, boxing, and tennis. They’re also commonly considered to be more creative than righties, and it turns out that’s not just an old wives tale there’s truth to the claim.

Research shows that left-handers are better divergent thinkers, meaning they commonly explore more than one possible solution to a problem.

The next time you hit it off with someone, pay attention to which hand they favor as dominant. It might not be the most telling indicator of compatibility, but knowing what you know now, it’ll make for an interesting internal study not to mention a great icebreaker.

The U.S. government concluded within the last two years that Israel was most likely behind the placement of cell-phone surveillance devices that were found near the White House and other sensitive locations around Washington, D.C., according to three former senior U.S. officials with knowledge of the matter.

The miniature surveillance devices, colloquially known as “StingRays,” mimic regular cell towers to fool cell phones into giving them their locations, identity information, capture the contents of calls and data use.

An Israeli Embassy spokesperson, Elad Strohmayer, denied that Israel placed the devices and said: “These allegations are absolute nonsense. Israel doesn’t conduct espionage operations in the United States, period.”
