Fiddle...

The use of Twitter is putting the Media to some extent out of the first to report and the first to know. Thus the hate the liberal Media has for this president.

Not having free/Liberal access to the president is really a bad thing for the Media's business. They bet on the wrong horse and now they been kicked around.

All in all, there is some enjoyment here.

Breathing...

Image result for Breathing images

Taking just a few moments each day to practice some
deep breathing can  decrease stress, relax your mind, body and can help you sleep better.

Breathing correctly is important for your overall well beingWhile its benefits are uncountable, here are some important ones that will motivate you to deep breathe.

When you deep breathe, the body releases endorphins, which are the feel good hormones and a natural pain killer created by the body itself.

When we take deep breaths, the upward and downward movement of the diaphragm helps remove the toxins from the body promoting better blood flow.

Due to increased blood flow, we get more
oxygen
into our blood. Increased oxygen results in increased energy levels.

When you are angry, tensed or scared, your muscles are tightened and your breathing becomes shallow. Your breathing constricts. At this time your body is not getting the amount of oxygen it requires. Long deep breathing reverses this process, allowing your body (and mind) to become calmer.

So it is free, try it.   Just a thought.

Hillary Clinton was the Secretary of State,2009-2013
The anti-Syrian sanctions have been mandated by the EU since 2011 but they lack United Nations authority, so the boarding of a tanker in Gibraltar waters raises further legal questions. Iran is not a member of the European Union and is perfectly entitled to trade with Syria.
Whatever the legality of the British action, the incident will have had some value if it helps to highlight the bankruptcy of British, EU and US policy on Syria.

Eight years after Western governments called for Bashar al-Assad’s departure and started funding and arming opposition forces, Syria lies in ruins, Hndreds of thousands are dead and millions of people have been forced to flee their homes.

In 2018, the UN estimated that as many as 250,000 Syrians could go back home to try to rebuild their lives, but the EU continues to refuse aid and investment for reconstruction. More than five million have fled the country.
The people who suffer from the Western insistence on making reconstruction aid conditional on Syrian government concessions are Syria’s desperate people and the world bankrupt conscious. [Jonathan Steele]

According to the latest survey by CNN, conducted August 15 to 18, Biden has rebounded to 29%, while Kamala Harris has dropped down to 5 %.

First Harris indicated at a CNN town hall that she supported abolishing private insurance, as Medicare for All proposes. Then said she didn’t support abolishing private insurance.

Then there were Joe Biden’s and Representative Tulsi Gabbard’s devastating attacks on Harris’s record as a prosecutor at the second Democratic debate. “Biden alluded to a crime lab scandal that involved her office and resulted in more than 1,000 drug cases being dismissed. Gabbard claimed Harris ‘blocked evidence that would have freed an innocent man from death row until she was forced to do so.’ Both of these statements are accurate,” the Sacramento Beereported after the debate.

Harris has serious weaknesses on matters of substance. And the hits keep coming on Medicare for All. She was savaged by Bernie Sanders after Harris told wealthy donors in the Hamptons that she was not “comfortable” with Bernie Sanders’s Medicare for All bill, which she co-sponsored and supported until a few weeks ago.

If you’re looking to see some friendly faces, you apparently shouldn’t head to The Empire State.
In a survey conducted by travel website Big 7 Travel, 1.5 million people weighed in on the “friendliest states in America” — and New York ranked dead last.

According to the survey, the North Star State is “hard to match, with a homey feel and locals who go the extra mile to welcome tourists.”

Wyoming ranked fifth with voters pleased with its “sense of community” and “safe” feeling. Texas took the fourth spot, bested by South Carolina in third. Tennessee continued the trend of Southern hospitality and took the second spot.
But, in what may come as a surprise to the South, a Midwest state was crowned with the top spot: Minnesota was ranked No. 1 as the friendliest state in America.

* The National Sleep Foundation (NSF) says that 7- to 9-hours of sleep each night provides adequate time to attain REM (rapid eye movement) sleep. It’s during REM sleep that the brain comes into play, immobilizing the limbs for energy replenishment, and activating the brain regions responsible for learning and memory consolidation.
* Continue stress triggered long-term alternations within brain structure, triggering excess production of myelin-producing cells (or fatty matter) in place of neurons (information transmitters). The researchers explain that this is why many young individuals exposed to long-term stress have a higher risk of developing anxiety and mood disorders, schizophrenia, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) later in life.

* Despite of emphysema, and stroke associated with smoking, lighting up has also been linked to brain damage. With roughly 7,000 toxic chemicals in every drag of that cigarette, it’s really no surprise that a certain compound in tobacco causes white blood cells in the central nervous system to attack healthy cells.
