Run...

The Democrats are not sure where to go. They disparate to get the presidency regardless of who is running or what direction the party is moving to. So the call is "we choose whoever beats Trump", which is a self defeating plan.

Gibbering...

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said she agreed with Judiciary Chairman Jerrold Nadler that the country was "now in a constitutional crisis" as President Donald Trump's administration continues to stonewall congressional requests for records and testimony related to the Russia investigation.

The Trump Administration has shut down various requests for documents and testimony related to Russian interference in the 2016 election.

And the House Judiciary Committee contempt vote on Wednesday was the first in what is expected to be a series of punitive actions the House is weighing against the administration.

We’re talking about a cumulative effect of obstruction that the administration is engaged in. And the president is declaring that he is not going to honor any subpoenas from the Congress. So I support the path that our chairmen are on and I do believe it will establish the case that we are on from here," she said.

On March 4, 2014, in Lawson v. FMR LLC, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that this whistleblower protection applies not only to employees of publicly owned companies, but also to employees of privately owned contractors and subcontractors of public companies.

In 2002, after corporate fraud at Enron led to the company's collapse, Congress passed the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX).  Under SOX's main whistleblower protection provision, an employee of a publicly traded company who claims retaliation for "blowing the whistle" on fraudulent conduct or conduct that violates securities laws can sue his or her employer for reinstatement, back pay, compensatory damages, and attorney's fees.

In NYS the employee can file in civil court within one year of the alleged retaliation incident and may be able to recover back pay, get reinstated to their job if they were fired, and be reimbursed for attorney’s costs.

However, before they can file suit, employees must first report to their employers and allow them a reasonable amount of time to make corrections.

Progressives are taking shots at Joe Biden, seeking to blunt the former vice president's rise in polls by arguing he is too conservative to be the party's presidential nominee.
The criticism has come from rivals to Biden on the campaign trail as well as liberal groups seeking to put a dent into his poll numbers.
They are casting Biden as an establishment figure out of touch with the grass roots of his party, highlighting his work on a Clinton-era crime bill and the Iraq War, among other issues.
The criticism suggests some angst on the part of progressives, who fear Biden might beat out candidates such as Sens. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) and Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.), who have more liberal voting records than the former vice president.

The latest Hill-HarrisX poll released found Biden winning 46 percent support and holding a 32-point lead nationally over Sanders, who won 14 percent.
Progressives also say they are worried that Biden will lose to Trump, even as the former vice president makes electability the centerpiece of his campaign..

Opinions are shifting away from the socialists candidates.

All in all, it has been a two year vacation for the politicians during which no one asked then to do any thing. They are "pretending" to search for the truth but the truth is just stirring  at their faces. They are wasting time.
