Controversy...

Assembly...

Freedom of assembly, sometimes used interchangeably with the freedom of association, is the individual right or ability of people to come together and collectively express, promote, pursue, and defend their collective or shared ideas.

Freedom of assembly. Attending church falls under freedom of assembly, too, even though it's related to religion: without a right to assemble, you could still be what you wanted, but the government could outlaw your gathering together so long as the law applied to everybody.

The Alaska State Troopers have arrested the murderer of Sophie Sergie, who was found dead in a dorm bathroom at University of Alaska Fairbanks in 1993.

Law enforcement executed an arrest warrant in Auburn, Maine for a man, Steven H. Downs, believed to be the murderer. He is a 44-year-old nurse.
Last year, the investigators began working with a lab in Virginia that had more sophisticated systems for linking DNA and genetic histories of families.

Must Read Alaska has learned that the man’s aunt took a DNA test, and the link was made to someone who may have once been interviewed about the death.

Sergie was 20 years old when she was murdered early on April 26, 1993.  Investigators concluded that it was a random killing, and that Sergie didn’t know her murderer. No one in the dorm heard the gunshot, and theories developed that the woman was killed elsewhere and then her body placed in the bathtub.
The solving of this case closely follows that of the Golden State Killer case, where the culprit was found through a family member’s DNA test.
They are coming for you, after 25 years. You can't hide any more. Expect a knock on your door at any time.
 Just a thought.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions fired Andrew McCabe, hours before the former assistant director of the FBI was to retire.
After an extensive investigation by the Justice Department on allegations of misconduct by Andrew McCabe,  both the OIG and FBI OPR  concluded that Mr. McCabe had made an unauthorized disclosure to the news media and lacked candor − including under oath − on multiple occasions.

"Judicial Watch uncovered that McCabe, despite massive contributions from Clinton ally Terence McAuliffe to his wife’s 2015 political campaign, did not recuse himself from the Clinton email investigation until a week before the 2016 presidential election.   CNS News.

Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., was once again reminded that she exaggerated her Native American ancestry and was heckled during a campaign stop in Georgia.
While introducing herself to a crowd of about 1,000 supporters in a Lawrenceville high school, a man shouted “Why did you lie?" Warren replied back “Be easy, be easy,” while the crowd chanted her name and clapped.
Warren released DNA results examining her possible Native American ancestry last year in response to criticism from Republicans and President Donald Trump.
The test revealed she is between1/64th and 1/1,204th Native American. In early February, she apologized to the Cherokee Nation for taking the test.

This is going to be a drag on her campaign. Just a thought.

The End...

Image result for Syria civil war
The "final battle" with ISIS is in its final days, with ISIS is pinned down to an area of around a quarter of a square mile. That's the update reporters received Saturday from the commander of the U.S.-backed Syrian Democratic Forces, Jia Furat.
The final ISIS village of Baghuz Fawqani had not yet fallen, but his ground forces were holding fire and moving forward cautiously because so many civilians remain trapped as human shields.
Military officials say they severely underestimated the number of civilians inside that village when they launched the offensive to crush the last remnants of the so-called caliphate one week ago.
Furat estimated to be around 1,500 people, more than twice that many have since flooded out this week, including many ISIS families.
If ISIS is defeated, there is no need for the United States of America to occupy third of Syria. Let the Syrians do their thing.

When Maduro first took office in 2013, the country was troubled by weak growth, debt and falling oil prices. During that time, the country’s economy was growing at a rate of 1.3 percent. That same year, the country’s oil revenues totaled more than $85 billion – about 98 percent of the country’s annual export earnings. But the prices of oil is dwindling.

The European Union must recognize Venezuelan congress leader Juan Guaido as the president of the South American country, U.S. Vice President Mike Pence said, pressing not just individual European governments but the bloc as a whole.

The United States Treasury Department announced they would be imposing sanctions on figures close to President Maduro, Reuters reports.

The Media wants people to think that the country is split because of this or that action.
This is not a new era where the country have different opinion about different things. It is healthy to have different opinion particularly regarding War, Healthcare, Illegal Immigration, Social Security. In addition, the current Media, as they admit all the time, is after the ratings. It is a money generation machine.
