Alpaca...

Eight animals have now died after a jaguar escaped from its habitat at the Audubon Zoo in New Orleans. CBS affiliate WWL-TV reports an alpaca and fox died Sunday, the day after the male jaguar killed four alpacas, one emu and one fox Saturday morning. The jaguar was captured and returned to its night house after being sedated by a vet team.

No people were hurt.

The zoo acquired the alpacas in March. Officials say inspections found that the roof was "compromised.

Pussy Riot claimed responsibility for an on-field protest during the World Cup 2018 final game between France and Croatia. 

Four members of the Russian punk rock band and arts collective ran onto the field early in the second half, dressed as policemen, and pitched a protest in front of millions of viewers who were tuned in to the final match, which was also attended by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Halfway into awarding the Medals for the world cup Soccer  to the Croatian team, rain just came down. The two leaders were soaked but they didn't care, they were joyful with the two soccer teams.

The three leaders are soaked from the rain that poured suddenly as they are handing the French team their medals.

It all started when the Seattle Times reported that Costco would be taking the fan-favorite Polish Dog off their café menus, while swapping in healthier options like plant-based salads and smoothies. 

The social media uproar was fierce and relentless, and disgruntled sausage fans continue to post #SaveThePolish Dog pleas on Twitter, begging Costco to bring it back. 

Sam's Club announced they would be adding a Polish dog to all of their café menus, in what appears to be a direct jab at Costco. 

Its a bloody war out there.
